I genuinely couldn’t recommend Louise highly enough. Selling my flat was a process with plenty of moving parts, but Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and played a huge part in getting everything over the line and successfully sold! ????????????<br><br>She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and what really stood out was how good she was at communicating. Her replies were always prompt, detailed and clear, so I always knew exactly what was happening and where things stood.<br><br>I had a preferred method of communication and Louise completely respected that — no unnecessary phone calls, just helpful, well-written updates when they were actually needed. That might sound like a small thing, but it made a massive difference to me and was very much appreciated!<br><br>After having the property on the market for a considerable length of time with another local agent, I decided to make the switch to Leaders. Louise had it sold within around a month. The difference was remarkable and, looking back, I only wish I’d made the move sooner!<br><br>She was also brilliant at keeping things moving, answering my (many!) questions and dealing with the inevitable bumps along the way with patience and professionalism. Most importantly… she got the flat sold! ????????????<br><br>Louise is a real credit to Leaders. Friendly, efficient, professional and genuinely lovely to deal with. My husband and I were viewing properties through Leaders Gosport, we had dealings with Danny, Helen and on occasions Chloe. We had an amazing experience with them and they were extremely kind, they were also very patient with us as we were rather persistent when we found a property we loved.<br>We thought we would have issues getting into the property on the day of our move with moving van timings, key collections etc, however Helen contacted us on the Saturday and confirmed she would do everything she could to get us in the property earlier. Helen called again early on the Monday (day before the move) and had managed to get everything sorted for us. This was above an beyond what I would expect however it left an impression on us.<br>Danny was also great, she was friendly and again very understanding of what we were looking for. We also have a dog and previously we had issues with other agencies looking at us like we had two heads or ignoring our enquiries. This was not an issue this time and made us feel very seen and understood. I would not go anywhere else now. When we collected the keys we were also given a little welcome gift which again was a great touch and made us feel very valued.<br>Thank you again for everything :)
