I genuinely couldn’t recommend Louise highly enough. Selling my flat was a process with plenty of moving parts, but Louise was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and played a huge part in getting everything over the line and successfully sold! ????????????<br><br>She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and what really stood out was how good she was at communicating. Her replies were always prompt, detailed and clear, so I always knew exactly what was happening and where things stood.<br><br>I had a preferred method of communication and Louise completely respected that — no unnecessary phone calls, just helpful, well-written updates when they were actually needed. That might sound like a small thing, but it made a massive difference to me and was very much appreciated!<br><br>After having the property on the market for a considerable length of time with another local agent, I decided to make the switch to Leaders. Louise had it sold within around a month. The difference was remarkable and, looking back, I only wish I’d made the move sooner!<br><br>She was also brilliant at keeping things moving, answering my (many!) questions and dealing with the inevitable bumps along the way with patience and professionalism. Most importantly… she got the flat sold! ????????????<br><br>Louise is a real credit to Leaders. Friendly, efficient, professional and genuinely lovely to deal with. Worst rental experience of my life. They rented my family and me a freezing-cold apartment in South Western House at a very high rent. Despite repeated complaints, in my experience our concerns about the unacceptable cold and problems relating to the parking space were not properly addressed.<br>At the end of the tenancy, they charged us £145 for cleaning, even though I strongly believe we left the apartment in better condition than we received it.<br>I disputed the charge, and the dispute then resulted in a further £222 arbitration fee. Ultimately, I paid the amount after repeated references to debt collection and the potential impact on my credit record that caused considerable stress to my family.<br>Given what we experienced, I find it difficult to reconcile our experience with the large number of very positive reviews.<br>I would never rent through this agency again and would strongly advise prospective tenants to examine the terms, fees and dispute procedures extremely carefully before signing anything.

I viewed a property on a Monday, and moved in by the Saturday. Nikki was exceptional in answering queries and ensuring all paperwork was signed and completed by both myself and the landlord. Really great service, and would highly recommend, friendly, patient and a delight to deal with

From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake.
The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house.
I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.
