I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Within a week of having the property on the market, I found a tenant.<br><br>The process was smooth and I was kept well informed all through. Not sure why this review was not posted. We bought the house with William H Brown in February 2023.<br>Over all experience was poor. The communication was not smooth, they did not have knowledge about property they were selling, they had to be chased and reminded to contact the seller. At some stage one of the agents stopped working with them and nobody took over the communication so that was another “bonus”. Considering how much these agencies earn, one would expect a better customer service.
