I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. I’ve had a really good experience with William H Brown Ipswich. The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.<br><br>A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.<br><br>I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. Exceptional service from Morgan and Ellie at William H Brown, Diss!<br>Morgan’s expertise saved us significant money by guiding us through the sale of our residential park home without needing a solicitor. He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

Tom helped us with a tricky purchase where very strict deadlines were imposed by the seller and there was a constant risk of the deal falling through. He helped get us over the line and overall provided excellent customer service throughout
