As a buyer, we had really bad service, calls not returned and staff not always representing our wishes to the vendors. Management were helpful, front facing staff less so.

Not yet sold however I do feel I've been chasing them to do simplistic things and not told in the interim period about an energy certificate I needed to pay for. Don't think they've earned any payments up to now and forever chasing them. We will see if they can sell it now????

It was a very long and exhausting experience
selling our house and buying our home. We were originally with another estate agent but soon changed to William H Brown and how glad we did! The staff at Cromer were amazing, they dealt with my questions with so much patience and understanding. They even answered the phone when I’m sure they’d have preferred not to! ???? Thank you so much to the amazing team lead by a great manager.
Probably the best estate agent in Norfolk!

Do not use this particular area of the company they offer poor housing with knowledge of problems and lie be aware and check home and speak to neighbours first

I think my review is way over due but has always been on my mind as I’m forever grateful to William H Brown Dewsbury. The help and attitude I have received from them has been so positive which has made it so much easier for myself. I am especially grateful to Liam who has been incredible throughout. With me constantly ringing and emailing with anything I didn’t understand as it being my first property Liam was always quick to responds. Thank you and sorry for having to deal with me pestering you all ???? I have already recommended the branch and Liam especially to anyone who talks to me about buying a home and still one year later I am doing the same. I will always be grateful to you guys for helping me achieve this moment in my life as someone who didn’t think they could and for making it EXTREMELY easy and beneficial for me!
