I can’t recommend Steph at William H Brown highly enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and more than proactive throughout the entire process.
Selling a home can feel daunting and overwhelming, but Steph made me feel completely at ease. She kept me up to date and informed every step of the way, always making sure I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect next.
The whole teams dedication really stood out – they had three viewings booked in before we’d even had photos taken or the property had gone live, and my home was sold within just six days!
What also meant a lot was that they kept in touch afterwards too – it never felt like just a tick-box exercise.
Demi, Pat and Steph are amazing - would use them over and and over again!

Anne Luby has been amazing from the very beginning. She took the time to arrange regular Teams meetings, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. As a first time buyer, I had absolutely no idea where to start and felt way out of my depth, but Anne guided me through every step of the process.
Anne would also regularly send me properties that matched my requirements, which was incredibly helpful and made the search process much easier.
Anne responds to emails and calls promptly, no matter the time or day. Anne is incredibly friendly and approachable, and she makes you feel comfortable asking questions -no question is ever treated as a silly one. She is always on hand to explain things clearly and provide reassurance when needed.
Anne has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She also managed to secure me the best possible deal. Throughout the entire process she remained professional, kept in regular contact with updates, and made sure I always knew what stage things were at and what needed to happen next.
William H Brown as a whole have been amazing and incredibly supportive. I was originally contacted by someone called Hannah, who recommended Anne and could tell I was starting o lose momentum with my house searches. Hannah would regularly check in with me to see where I was at with everything and really helped give me my motivation back!
I would 100% recommend Anne to anyone. Her patience, support, friendliness, and trustworthiness made the whole experience so much easier. Forever grateful for William H Brown, their staff and company as a whole.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Amanda and the team in William H Brown Wibsey. Amanda is always very responsive and highly professional at all times. She is always very calm and understanding even when things go pear-shaped. I had the initial buyer step back quite late in the sales process and Amanda found a replacement buyer quite quickly. She was really proactive and liaised between the eventual buyer, me, and the solicitors very well (the buyer’s solicitor was a challenge as she stayed in first gear right until completion). Amanda is a star and I thoroughly recommend contacting her for property sales in the Bradford area.
