I have just sold my house using William H Brown, selling a house is always stressful and I cannot commend Zoe enough for her perseverance and dedicated attitude at chasing down the buyers solicitors who were not the best to say the least. Matthew was also exteremley helpful and did a great job at getting my house onto the market and offering advice on price. Really happy with the team and highly recommend.

I’ve been using WH Brown in Welwyn Garden City to let out my flat for the past 17 years, and out of those 17 years, I was abroad for 15 of them.<br>I can say that the services I received from Charlotte and India in WGC branch were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond my expectations, helping me not only find a great tenant but also with almost anything I needed. If it was a handyman or a gas technician, you name it, they had it. a 5 star team indeed

WH Brown manage our rental property for us and we couldn’t be happier with the level of support we receive from the letting and property management team.<br>Erica Collins has been outstanding. Also, to mention Scarlett Rafferty who has also been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent.<br>We are more than happy with the service they provide.

I had my property on the market for almost 9 months with another agent and struggled to find tenants, so i decided on a whim to try out William H Brown and I was in for a pleasant surprise to say the least. Within a week of having the property on the market, I found a tenant.<br><br>The process was smooth and I was kept well informed all through. All 5 stars to Dean the mortgage advisor. Every appointment I and my sister has had with Dean has been amazing. Dean goes through every information thoroughly, gives us great advice. Dean advocated us through our whole journey from the beginning to the end. He communicates effectively and lets us know if he won’t be in office in case we have any questions to ask. Very professional and friendly.

George & his team are so good at everywhere they do. From our initial meeting with George who valued the house to completion. Adam did the viewings and always gave detailed feedback and was always happy to answer my questions Nathaniel and Leanne so helpful when I needed to know something. This is a brilliant team I would highly recommend them. They are all lovely.<br>I was selling my mums house at the same time as mine. There was no comparison between the two estate agents. George's team is 100% better

Excellent experience with these guys :)<br><br>Huge thank you to Tom, Lewis & Sarah for a really quick turn around on renting our new home! We saw the house on Monday and had the keys by Saturday. We really appreciate the work put in to make this happen.
