The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

Can't recommend enough! We sold our house with William H Brown at the start of 2026. It was exaclty four weeks from their initial viewing to completion, which is so impressive (we were very lucky with certain things but they certainly didn't waste any time).
Every little bit of progress, they would let us know. They did all of the fiddly bits like sorting all of the documents we need and they had a good relationship with our solicitors, as well as our buyer. Literally so easy for us.
Sam was super helpful and you can tell they all really cared about finding the best buyer for us. So grateful, thank you!!
