Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast.
Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home.

I have suspicions about why W H BROWN pushed us toward one purchaser over another.
Didn't do most of what they said they would do.
Inaccuracies in documentation; most things had to be re-issued 2 or 3 times.
Very poor photography, ended up using some of our own photographs.
