They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Looking for a commercial rental property twice I have made an appointment and twice I was ignored by the agent, we were interested in renting a property but again emails ignored. I find this company completely unprofessional. To any landlords please use another company not these guys!

Everyone at Ruxtons was great, especially Nav & Tracy for their knowledge, patience and honest advice. We decide to ask them to market the property and the whole teams approach was extremely professional keeping us very well informed on progress regarding the sale which was completed within 4 months at the anticipated sale valuation, Great service from a local Estate Agent

She was amazing in co-ordinating and managing the chain of solicitors and ensuring the communication never broke down between the parties . We really appreciated her advice and judgement. We couldn't have asked for anything more from Sarah and Rice Chamberlain. We feel like we had exceptional service and value for money. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent that will work in your best interests. Would definitely use again if the need arises.
