17th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Honestly without Declan I would not have bought my house. Having spoken to him about the kinds of property I wanted and the original mortgage advice I had been given. He suggested I meet Aidan and everything just went up from there. Although I didn’t purchase my house through Burchell Edwards the mortgage advice I received from Aidan put me in the best position to buy my first home. Also a special shout out to Gary who took over my mortgage completion he has been so helpful. Great team and would highly recommend! So polite, so easy to contact and work with. Thank you for making such a stressful process bearable!

26th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)One of the worst and corrupt people who rob your money and they keep your rent as well tenant pays rent and these lot here called Zahir keeps the money and doesn’t give it avoid them at all costs they’re business needs to be shut down
2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.

I felt well-guided and informed every step of the way. They were efficient, professional, and always available to answer questions. They made the home-buying experience smooth and stress-free going above and beyond to find the perfect home. Their honesty and transparency were refreshing. Communication is key and promptly returned calls, and ensured a seamless process. A pleasure to work with.

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.
24th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Not very proactive. The initial marketing, adding to Rightmove was essentially all the marketing they did. There's an expectation that the property should sell itself and when it doesn't and asked what the strategy should be their only recommendation was to reduce. I had to chase feedback and there was a fairly lazy approach to coordinating viewing I.e. whatever was asked for rather than planning appropriate slots to suit seller availability.
1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,
