13th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I am a landlord and I will never work with this unprofessional agency. They provide very poor service and charging expensive bill for their low quality service. Never answering their phone calls. They issued an incorrect invoice with an incorrect description. Even I requested a correction and they refused that. I will make a complaint to HMRC as they provided me false invoice against the services I received. Also my tenants comlained me about them as Connells gave them false info regarding the property and they never answered their phone calls.

Kelly was our first point of call, put us totally at ease and gained our trust in selling without any doubts! Morgan then handled viewings and negotiations and was absolutely outstanding and never minded how many times we rang with 'silly' or important questions and was able to complete our sale seamlessly along with Amelia and the other wonderful ladies in the team! We were always able to speak to someone and get our queries solved and the sale completed with no problems. We would 100% recommend the Bairstow Eves Acocks Green Team! Thankyou so much you are really the best!!

2nd Feb 2024 (7 mo. ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.

When the viewings dried up there was no communication about how to get things moving again. Apart from the notice about appointments to vew the property there were no updates from the agent about the lack of intetest or ways to improve the listing.

13th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I’d originally only left a one star rating here and wasn’t going to air my grievances in public. Though, since I’ve now been accused of being a ‘troll’ by the business owner I don’t have any more reservations. Dealing with Tom at Kingsman was stressful and confusing at times. With all my experience of buying and selling I still can’t quite understand the way in which he operates. After entering into renegotiations I never understood why Tom would re-advertise the house we’re buying without telling us. After Tom then received other rival offers on the house, I don’t understand why he would disclose someone else’s offer to us; egging us on to try and beat it. After we trumped the rival offer by thousands, I wouldn’t expect to be told to jog on. I do wonder what, if anything, he has advised his client for them to reject this free money. We’ve had a few messages from Tom updating us on some work the vendor is doing to the house, all followed by a ‘but you’re not buying it anyway.’ Why even bother? Now we’re a couple thousand pounds down because this vendor has been poorly advised, all while the business owner is calling my review ‘fake’. Why not reach out to ask why we’re so annoyed with your staff?

4th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)We were extremely interested in one of their commercial properties and immediately made an offer. To speed up the process, we asked if they had a partner law firm or a recommended one, believing this would help secure the property quickly. Despite having our own trusted law firm, we decided to trust Siddall Jones and use their recommended lawyer. BIG MISTAKE. Despite numerous follow-ups from their recommended lawyer, the process dragged on endlessly. Ultimately, the seller withdrew our purchase and sold the property to another buyer! Throughout this entire ordeal, neither the lawyer nor Siddall Jones bothered to help us follow up or communicate with the landlord. As a result, we lost the chance to buy a prime property. The landlord’s reason for withdrawing was that they received another buyer's deposit, which we were ready and able to provide as well. But NO ONE from Siddall Jones communicated with the landlord to understand his requirements, leading to this loss. This fiasco cost us a prime property, wasted our time, and drained our money on mortgage applications and pre-purchase legal costs. Totally unacceptable! DO NOT TRUST this company. They do not care about their clients AT ALL.

30th Aug 2024 (13 days ago)We engaged with Edwards and Gray earlier this year when we decided to move house. From day one they were extremely professional and responsive when helping to put our house on the market. They provided a good competitive rate and also advised us properly on the price we should sell our house for. They have an amazing process when it comes to taking pictures of your property and making promotional videos which is a cut above the rest in the area and really was something that drew us to the company. We were so impressed with the content that they produced. They made our house look beautiful! They lined up a lot of viewings and worked around our schedule, they also provided feedback for every viewing which was helpful for us. When our house sold they kept in contact with us throughout and even though the process was long due to various reasons out of our/their control we felt comfortable that they were on top of things and made the process very stress free for us. We would definitely use E&G again, they sold our house quickly and minimised a lot of hassle/stress that often comes with moving! I would highly recommend them to anyone. We worked personally with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing!
