23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)The estate agent did an outstanding job at advertising and getting viewers through the doors. Their photography and dedication to getting the offer to begin with was excellent, however the follow up wasn’t as good with the sales progression team. We felt throughout that they didn't fight our corner in regard to negotiations with buyers after initial offer, which made things slow and lost us money in later negotiations. A very difficult sale and multiple buyers messing us around made this experience very stressful which wasn’t their fault but we feel that their sales progression team lacked the drive and skills that the main team had.

16th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)I had a very good experience with Connells, Harborne during the process of purchasing my first home. They are thorough professionals and gave sensible advice throughout. Emily Longville, who was my mortgage advisor, gave me adequate time during our first meeting and answered all my queries regarding the house buying process, which were many considering I was a first time buyer. She subsequently found me a decent mortgage deal, which was very helpful considering the current circumstances. We did face a few challenges along the way, but their long experience in the house buying process helped in sorting them out and thankfully, it all worked out in the end! I would definitely recommend Connells Harborne for your house purchase. Thank you!

Superb communication and always contactable- which is rare with most other agents we've experienced. Jon got us the best price and guided us through negotiations. Carol really knew her stuff and she was more knowledgeable and on the ball than our solicitors! I cannot recommend Davidson Estate Agents enough!
23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)We purchased a property through dixons which was sold via i am sold the support and help from the dixons team was impeccable the support from all three Dan Zoe & Shaneen was amazing e had a load of issues with the seller however these guys really offered me the support and further responded in a fast effective manner liaising effectively with i am sold, the conveyances and myself will defo use these guys again when i come to buy/ let a property again xx
2nd Feb 2024 (25 weeks ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.- 20th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A fantastic professional service from all the team at Dixons Kings Norton, Amelia, Korron and Emily have guided and supported me all the way, even when my first buyer pulled out, Emily was back on it and got me another buyer with a couple of weeks. The team always kept me informed and were great with helping liaising between the buyer and the solicitor on my behalf. I can highly recommend their services for their personal passion and professionalism towards selling a property.
29th Aug 2023 (10 mo. ago)Having just received an offer from a likely buyer of my mother’s bungalow, my family have been impressed by the efficiency of the Oulsnam team. They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale. In addition the team have made sure they kept my sister and me informed of progress at all times.

Peter was responsive to all my questions and was proactive in getting the house sold, coordinating the solicitors to exchange and complete on the house.

Set up 8 viewings, so I had the choice of tenants and was given great feedback. The photos and marketing video presented the property in its best possible light. A friendly, professional, organised team. Questions and information communicated promptly and effectively.

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)We were selling my parents apartment after my father had died and we had moved my mum into a care home. So they were difficult times and I live 120 miles away. They helped us sell the house and also let it while we waited for probate - the level of service from all departments and staff was excellent. Nothing was too much bother.

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
