We live outside the UK, but Oakmans managed to gain access to the property and show potential buyers around with no fuss. Their valuation proved to be more accurate and optimistic than other agents that we tried, so we ended up with a good offer. Their fee was also the best that we were offered.

12th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)We were very fortunate to have found Davidsons Estate Agents last year and we hired them to rent out our property in Birmingham City Centre after which I engaged them to sell the property. The property manager Johnathan Smith has done an excellent job less than 2 months we have a buyer and are happy with the price he has achieved. I would highly recommend both the rental and sales aspects of their business Sean Boyle. BEM.

Dan was absolutely amazing and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. Without his knowledge of the area and the market we wouldn’t have found our dream home which we can now call ours! Wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!!
2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Glovers didn’t provide a good service. I purchased a property through them and I asked for assurance the vendor was keen to go through the sale, they confirmed he did, but two weeks after Christmas when fees had been paid to solicitors, I was informed the vendor had accepted another offer without any warning or a chance to increase my offer. The way they handle the call was abrupt! I wouldn’t advise buying a property through them. This was a bad experience and the way the staff dealt with it from the start was truly bad. Personally I feel I should have been compensated for my loss.- 25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Amelia and Emily are great!! Purchased the property through Dixons and they sorted everything out for me in no time. Very professional and friendly. A great company to buy through would 100% recommend.
16th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)We used the guys at Rice Chamberlains recently and were very glad that we made that choice. Our transaction was fairly complicated as it involved a probate and things didn’t happen in the usual order, so we never really imagined that it would come together. As with all house purchases, there were a fair few ups and downs, and at times it has been quite stressful. The team at Rice have been there throughout and their support has been invaluable. It has genuinely felt like they’ve been with us every step of the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team. They are professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

They have worked hard to advertise the property and to enable prospective buyers to view ASAP, which has led to a speedy offer which we hope will lead to a definite sale. In addition the team have made sure they kept my sister and me informed of progress at all times.

14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)As I can't reply to your reply I'll write another I was told 10 minutes late then the turn up past 11 I've no need to lie about the shocking service I received I offer you five hundred advance you wanted 3 months advance of three months deposit then almost 500 extra for your own charges, service was horrendous customer service skills was non existent yet you reply like I'm in the wrong the place is a joke let's hope everyone reads your other people reviews before using such a shocking service provider just goes to show anyone can open a business and call themselves professionals isn't it your review score says it all where as my business reviews are 5* but yeah I'm making it up about the horrendous service you lot provide

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Alex was our agent and from valuation right through to completion he was nothing but professional and efficient. Communication is vital in the world of selling and buying and Alex was always on hand to guide us through and overcome any obstacles. We had previously listed with a large estate agent in the area and received very poor service, with no offers after 8 months. After listing with Tim we had an offer within a month. He got our listing up very quickly, and we had confidence from knowing that he was handling viewings personally. Delighted with the service we received.
