Impressively quick but efficient turnaround from initial viewing to putting down a holing fee and worked with us to make sure we could move in on specific date required.

21st Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)First and foremost I hold Grace in the highest of regards. This chain was chaos from the very beginning as my buyer had to change solicitors and mortgage providers twice while myself and my onward were ready to go for months. There were moments I wanted to, hypothetically, set fire to everything and just start again but Grace was there constantly reassuring me and constantly on the backs on my buyer and his solicitors. At times she turned from estate agent to social worker with my incessant phone calls, stressed out and looking for answers. We joked that after all this was done she would never forget about me and this chain would probably go down as an example of the worst case scenario. Even with absolutely horrendous communication from my buyer and his solicitors Grace always persevered and always came through for me. I can quite easily say Grace is an outstanding estate agent and an absolute grafter. If I ever buy a house again she will be my first call. Thank you Grace.

Emily and Georgia were always happy to help with any questions or issues I had no matter what it was and always friendly - a credit to the business.

1st Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Victoria Bennett branch manager of shipways Harborne high street absolutely disgraceful unprofessional and rude regarding sale and rental matters. If you decide to change your mind about a sale she will be rude and send a rude email. Disgusting of a person to speak to with all the years experience you would never know that from her third class approach and communication skills. Real disgrace to the branch.

Wonderful team there- always responded to my questions, made me feel a valued customer and they had time for me whatever the query. They even answer the phone! Emma is brilliant, very knowledgable, patient and calm. With her support, I found what could have been a very stressful process, to be easy to navigate. Emma guided and supported me well through the whole journey. Top marks!

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

24th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Not very proactive. The initial marketing, adding to Rightmove was essentially all the marketing they did. There's an expectation that the property should sell itself and when it doesn't and asked what the strategy should be their only recommendation was to reduce. I had to chase feedback and there was a fairly lazy approach to coordinating viewing I.e. whatever was asked for rather than planning appropriate slots to suit seller availability.
3rd Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)Worked with Tom on the sale of our property. Tom communicated brilliantly throughout what was not a straightforward completion process, but he persevered to the end and got the deal over the line. Would thoroughly recommend.
