He worked closely with the seller, both solicitors and us! He even managed it that we could exchange & complete on the same day! I would highly recommend Dominic & Avenue Estates southbourne !

30th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)We had a mixed experience in buying through PS. There seemed to be a lack of knowledge about house buying terms and at times some staff appeared unprofessional. One team member was always very polite and helpful and acted when they said they would. The Sales Progressor was also prompt in taking action and courteous.

Also even when i explained regarding my interest in the property there was no valid response. Would never recommend. ????????????

11th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
