They answered all questions promptly and dealt with any issues that arose, finding solutions to make sure the completion happened (when looking unlikely). Couldn't recommended the team highly enough. They will have my repeat business for a long time!

The staff at John Hilton were unfailingly supportive, kind and understanding. They were completely reassuring every step of the way and enabled a quick and efficient sale.
18th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Mishon Mackay Hove did not come across as professional. As a Vendor, I would advise against this office. Melanie arrived late to the 2nd viewing, and then rushed us out of the house. Despite the Vendor informing Mishon Mackay of issues in the house, they did not declare this information to the buyers. When conveyancers revealed this information, Oliver and his team refused to take responsibility and the Vendor was forced to take the hit - they simply wanted the sale and commission without the work. Once the offer was received, different people were being involved in the sale. The only 2 people that knew their roles and communicated with the vendor and buyer were Sue and Holly.
26th Aug 2024 (14 days ago)Dom was very friendly and helpful when putting my flat on the market, and it’s always reassuring when you can have a genuine conversation about matching interests with your estate agent! Aden handled the organisation of the chain, who was also very genuine and set me up with their contact at a local removals company to see if they could fit me in with less than 3 weeks’ notice. Despite me losing my patience once at what eventually turned out to be a lack of communication elsewhere in the chain, Aden was still very friendly with me. I was hoping to apologise in person on completion day but he wasn’t working at the time – thank you Aden and sorry for blaming you on someone else’s mistake! The only negative from Jacobs Steel during the entire process was that I missed a call and received an email asking me to get in contact regarding exchange and completion dates. I was sent an email an hour later by my seller’s estate agent saying that they agreed to the dates proposed, even though I hadn’t had a chance to contact Jacobs Steel and explain that we weren’t ready as we were waiting on third parties. Following this, I entered a bit of a panic and had to contact multiple people to explain the situation and apologise for bursting everyone’s bubble. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience with Jacobs Steel, who also sold me that flat 3.5 years ago!

8th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I would like to thank Callum and his team at Fox & Sons (Peacehaven branch) for their tremendous help in selling my house. We had bookings for viewing the very next day and the house was sold within a week in the market at the price I expected. We have exchanged our contracts and are waiting for the completion now. All the team members I dealt with were professional, informed, and helpful. Would certainly recommend them.

This horrible letting agent broke into my property without my consent and changed the lock during my fixed-term tenancy agreement, even though I was still paying the rent, utilities, and council tax! Can you imagine how "safe" your home would be if you rented from them? ???? News reporters, please feel free to contact me. I am willing to share my horrible experience with King and Chasemore!

She supported me every step in selling my flat what were really tough market conditions. Amy had great advice to share and I always felt like she was doing her utmost for the property. My flat was just a small flat in the Michons portfolio but I could not have got a more dedicated and responsive service: Hard to imagine a more savvy and organised estate agent. If you are reading this review, don’t think twice, Amy is the person you need!

I rented one of her properties for my 2nd and 3rd year at university and had a positive experience. As a student, finding a reliable landlord is very hard, but Zena was professional, hands-on and quick to resolve issues!

We had a personal recommendation to use Nicholas James when we were thinking about renting our property over 4 years ago, and it was a great decision. From day one they have been attentive, quick to communicate, and hands-on with all aspects of property management. They've been a great sounding board and offered advice and their expertise when needed. Having them manage everything gives us complete peace of mind. Cannot recommend them enough - and we do recommend them whenever anyone asks about management companies in the Brighton or Hove.

Heb at the firm is outstanding nothing was to much trouble phone calls replied to friendly not at all as estate agents usually are . I would be very happy to use them again it was the Hove branch.
