From start to finish it was an honest valuation with evidenced right price to sell information. We sold within 2 weeks, after several viewings to a very reasonable offer. (and grateful for the informed feedback after every viewing). We have been kept informed the whole way through the sale, and the team were always able to update me on progress when I called for an update. Very pleased and with confidence would highly recommend this agency to any potential sellers or buyers.

26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Quality service from a quality agent. Had my flat on the market with another agent and after 6 weeks and 2 viewings I decided to get these guys involved as well. Harry Dyer came over and was great at explaining the process, fees and the plan to sell my place. He explained what they do differently and how proactive they are. Once signed I was passed over to Chris Knight who had me a viewing within a week. From what I gathered from the viewer it was one that Chris had to really convince that seeing my flat was the right move for him. The guy offered there and then and at asking price. 3 months later iv just exchanged and we move in less then a week! Unbelievable work all round and I could thank the guys enough!

Adelaide and her team are friendly, enthusiastic, and thoroughly professional, making the whole experience both enjoyable and stress-free. Sovereign Harbour itself is a beautiful location, with its stunning marina setting, yet it feels more like a friendly village. It’s also conveniently close to both the town centre and the beach, offering the best of both worlds
23rd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Highly recommend YOUR MOVE estate agents. We recently used them for both sale and purchase of property. Eastbourne branch were very good, from day one when Liam came to view our property and discuss our sale, through to updates all the way til completion. Our property sold extremely quickly, which we believe was partly down to Liams advice with regards to how to market the property and at what price point was relevant for the current market. We also purchased our new property from YOUR MOVE but with Polegate branch. Again, we couldn’t have been happier with the all round service given. From our experience of both Eastbourne and Polegate branches, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend anyone looking for house sale/purchase to try and deal with YOUR MOVE estate agents.

The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.
16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!

No matter how many questions we had, they were always happy to answer them. We highly recommend their services!
12th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We brought a house from crane and co and they really were a great team, they were amazing at always updating us and pushing on the sale when it needed to be done. We worked a lot with Danny and if it wasn’t for him I don’t think the sale would’ve happened! Everytime I phoned crane and Co up they would also pick up the phone and the whole team was very friendly and would try and answer any queries! I would definitely recommend buying and selling through this company!

We initially viewed a property with Ollie and were really impressed by his passion, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the property, something we hadn’t experienced with other agents. That gave us the confidence to put our own house on the market with them, and it was definitely the right decision. They handled the viewings brilliantly, provided regular updates, and kept us informed throughout the entire sale process. Their professionalism and support made everything run smoothly. We are so happy with Ally and that she gave us a chance and even called us back 2 months after the actual viewing. At first landlord decided to go with another tenant before us but apparently tenant changed his mind and we did get it thanks to Ally! We’re really impressed professional they were always answered the phone fast,called back and answered any questions etc. It’s the first time i’m saying this but I recommend this agency. Thanks guys. 6th Dec 2025 (22 weeks ago)James from G&S was excellent, very helpful and not at all pushy or salesy. I found him very knowledge and just a really nice guy, so patient and happy to help as well. I have to say I felt very safe in his hands, which I found reassuring when lettiing my home. I felt I was seen as a person and not just another deal that needed to get signed off quickly. Within a week James had organised 5 couples to view and then he went through each applicant with me, stating their strengths or weaknesses as tenants. I felt that he wouldn’t have let me go forward with anyone he didn’t feel would be a good choice. They also organise everything you need, the EPC, gas and electric safety checks and itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend G&S, they’ve got it right, and the office is more accessible for parking being just outside of the main town.

When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

His advice was always honest, professional, and really helped us make the right decisions at each stage. The marketing of our house was outstanding the photos and images were amazing and really showed the property at its best, which made a huge difference in attracting interest quickly. Communication was always clear and prompt, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. We’re so grateful for all of Phil’s hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly first-class service!
