Jake , our agent , was most helpful , attentive and knowledgeable Sourcing the right buyer in quick order was particularly a highlight and from then on the whole process was plain sailing - wholeheartedly recommend
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)We've been really pleased with the service we received from Maguire Baylis. We have just purchased our first home. Nothing was too much for them. Viewings were prompt and professional (they even managed to accommodate all of our last-minute requests); responses to our questions have been quick and detailed (which was great as, being first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions); and we've been kept well updated throughout the process. All staff were very personable and incredibly professional. I would recommend Maguire Baylis and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

3rd Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Kenton Estate Agents have recently dealt with the sale of my property, for a small independent company they dealt with it perfectly. The sale of the property had a very intricate and sensitive matter attached. This was not a cut and dry house sale for Kenton to deal with whatsoever. Kelly Watling dealt with this matter with Professionalism, Integrity, Impartiality and most of all was the backbone in making the entire process very smooth from start to finish. Kelly was extremely informative, transparent and supportive throughout. A very trustworthy Agent which I would highly recommend!

28th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)Razieh was an absolute dream to work with! I am moving to London next week and securing a flat had gotten down to the wire. I wanted to find a place before I land. I submitted request over the weekend on GLP’s website. Razieh responded first thing Monday morning and sent me a flat that was better than the ones I picked. She offered and virtually toured it for me same day. As of today, I officially have a flat in London! Now, I can truly be excited for my overseas move. Thank you Razi, for your kindness, promptness, and amazing work!

20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

They kept us up to speed with every step of the process. The process is all online so it is easy and smooth. 25th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lived in a flat provided by the agency for almost 2 years. The state of the flat when I moved in wasn’t great and everything broke. Boiler broke several times, once for 3 weeks over the winter and the agency didn’t seem to mind it too much and they “generously” let £50 off my rent. All my heaters broke as well and had to be changed. The agency couldn’t tell me, who my electricity provider was when I was trying to change providers and the actual electricity meter was registered under the wrong address so it was impossible to change it. Before moving out they asked me to provide the flat for a 4 hour hours long viewing sessions, which I agreed to and the girl who was carrying out the viewings locked herself into the bathroom, disturbing my expensive theatre experience. Luckily an emergency locksmith got her out leaving a mess. Whenever anything broke, the handymen would leave a mess and I got to clean. When moving out, the procedure the estate agency has was extremely stressful, they ended up deducting for cleaning after the flat was professionally cleaned. They ended up deducting for minor damages for things that were already used and not in great condition, when I moved in. I would stay away from this company in the future.
