They have a great instinct for how the selling process is going and forewarned us when the news was inconsistent. They were very supportive whilst those issues were dealt with and brought to a positive conclusion. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in this area.
2nd Nov 2024 (20 weeks ago)Had an appointment to view an apartment at 4:30 on Friday and had received 2 text messages from Abbotts confirming it, waited for half hour and when called them was told they'd given the keys to another estate agent and weren't coming out to the viewing. I'd travelled up from London specifically for the viewing and it was booked several days before. Was told they'd handed the keys over the day before so why didn't you bother to call or email me and let me know you were cancelling my appointment?!?! A three hour wasted return trip from London - this is absolutely disgraceful. Was then told they would arrange for the following day and would call me in the morning but no one could be bothered to call.
7th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)My property has been managed by Martinco for over 5 years. During this time they have sorted out any issues, made excellent recommendations and found good tenants. Particularly in recent months we have had a great deal of assistance from Shaheen, who not only has managed to find good local resources for updating the property but has always been at the end of the phone to advise and help.
14th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)We have sold 2 properties through Clarke Philips now and both times they went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. The first property was sold within 24 hours and over the asking price. We then used them recently to sell again and wasn’t expecting to sell so quick as the market was slow. The pictures and the listing really done the property justice and was sold on the first viewing. Phil helped us with presenting the house to show it off to its full potential. Even all the way to the day of exchange Phil and sheena couldn’t have done more for us including persistently chasing solicitors and our seller’s estate agents who were both useless on the day of the move. would highly recommend

We dealt with Sam, who was fab and had A LOT of patience with my endless phone calls and questions/requests, even beyond the completion date. Sam was very professional, accommodating and personable! I had never heard of Sharman Quinney Estate Agents before but I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you!
