Professional, supportive, excellent communication/liaison between parties. This was the 2nd house they had sold for me and I wouldn't choose any other agent. Highly recommended.
29th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely amazed with the service from Cheffins, Saffron Walden and in particular, Sarah Facey, who is an absolute legend! She proactively contacted us at 9am the morning our letting became available. She then hastily arranged a viewing with the landlady for the same day, 3 hours later in fact, and by 13:30 we had agreed the deal with the landlady. Following on, we have met with Cheffins at their offices twice and received similarly high standards of customer service, delivered in a warm and friendly way. Sarah has continued to keep in contact and offered her number for the future, even though ongoing maintenance is not her department - really going above and beyond. AMAZING!
12th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)I changed estate agents as found most are at best incompetent, then found Arkwrights and gave them my listing and kept everything crossed. They were professional and efficient from day one, kept me in the loop continuously re viewings and subsequent feedback. Their marketing was the best I have seen including not only photographs but drone filming and live walk through, they certainly earn their money. I have now sold my property and complete in 3 weeks and Grace has been my saviour keeping my sanity through all the legalities and paperwork, she did a better job than most solicitors on chasing and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and keeping my stress levels to a minimum. But not just Grace, all the staff were amazing throughout and would have no hesitation at recommending ARKWRIGHTS if you are looking to sell your property. Keep doing what you’re doing ARKWRIGHTS , it just works, and thank you again. Christine from Hadstock

2nd Sep 2024 (17 days ago)My partner and I recently worked with Megan in finding an apartment in Cambridge. Megan provided phenomenal service throughout the process! Contrary to our experience with several other agents, Megan was always very attentive and truly cared about helping us find a place that best suits our needs rather than just ticking boxes. For the house we eventually rented, Megan called us to inform us about the listing before we even saw it on the website showing she was looking out for us and understood our interests. She answered our questions well during viewings and supported us tremendously through the referencing phase. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with, she gave us a truly unique experience during the house hunt and we 100% will recommend her!

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

29th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)I had an unfortunately negative experience with Vincent shaw. After completing all the necessary credit and right-to-rent checks, I was left in a state of confusion and frustration when the property I thought I had secured was suddenly not available to me. Despite following all the required steps, paying holding deposit and being fully compliant, (also confirmed by the right move) their communication was lacking, and I felt that my time and efforts were not valued. It was disheartening to deal with such unprofessionalism in what should have been a straightforward process. They simply rejected us by saying landlord has changed their mind. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice, as my experience suggests they lack the reliability and professionalism one would expect from a reputable estate agent.

Jack listened to what we were looking for and a few weeks later, phoned to say I found the ideal property for you, and he had. We were then treated to the full Russell Killner Estate Agents treatment, apart from the necessary checks they did everything for us. Nothing is too much trouble for Russell or Jack and I have no problem recommending them Very, Very Impressed. Good luck to you both, keep doing what you’re doing and have a Happy New Year.

They were transparent, supportive, and never tried to push their services onto us. When we started looking there were a couple of houses which went STC within days which I think is a testament to how well they market their product Would 100% use them in the future if we came to sell Huge thanks to everyone we spoke to, and for the flowers ????
