They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.
22nd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)The whole team at Curtis Cooke were superb throughout the whole process of selling the property for which I was an Executive. Professional, supportive, excellent communication/liaison between parties. This was the 2nd house they had sold for me and I wouldn't choose any other agent. Highly recommended.

Tikal, Paul and Graham were all very clear at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop at all times. I was extremely impressed with everyone's professional honest attitude. It was a pleasure working closely with Tikal, she is very hardworking and has such a warm and friendly manner. It is very clear she loves what she does! Very grateful to everyone, would happily recommend them to others.
2nd Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)My partner and I recently worked with Megan in finding an apartment in Cambridge. Megan provided phenomenal service throughout the process! Contrary to our experience with several other agents, Megan was always very attentive and truly cared about helping us find a place that best suits our needs rather than just ticking boxes. For the house we eventually rented, Megan called us to inform us about the listing before we even saw it on the website showing she was looking out for us and understood our interests. She answered our questions well during viewings and supported us tremendously through the referencing phase. Megan was an absolute pleasure to work with, she gave us a truly unique experience during the house hunt and we 100% will recommend her!

From the very start, the team there were helpful, supportive and thorough, guiding us through the entire process. Due to our solicitors, the selling process was not without its stresses but Josh at William H Brown helped in every way he could and provided our buyer with all the reassurance he could, meaning we were able to exchange and complete on time. His communication and expertise were second to none. We would definitely use Josh and the team again snd would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!

From the first meeting to the complition date they answered every even the most silly question and advised what to do and when. 29th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had an unfortunately negative experience with Vincent shaw. After completing all the necessary credit and right-to-rent checks, I was left in a state of confusion and frustration when the property I thought I had secured was suddenly not available to me. Despite following all the required steps, paying holding deposit and being fully compliant, (also confirmed by the right move) their communication was lacking, and I felt that my time and efforts were not valued. It was disheartening to deal with such unprofessionalism in what should have been a straightforward process. They simply rejected us by saying landlord has changed their mind. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice, as my experience suggests they lack the reliability and professionalism one would expect from a reputable estate agent.
