18th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Pink move has been purchased by Peter Alan, nobody told me anything. Property has been in the market for 6 weeks with still not sign on the property, zero communication from agency. Thinking to give the property to a different agent.
6th Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)My partner and I had nothing but bad experiences from Crook & Blight. We were desperate to get into the property we had been accepted as my partner has a very important surgery in a week and we wanted to be in our first property together. However, Crook & Blight did absolutely everything to prevent this from happening. They were very poor with their communication, they had every excuse under the sun for not letting us in which included staff having annual leave and basic gas and electric checks not being certified which meant they couldn’t guarantee the properties safety even though we had already agreed to move. We pushed them to the point where we said we would clean the property ourselves instead of the landlord hiring a professional cleaner but even then there was no movement. We were then told the landlord has rescinded our application and that we would no longer move in. My partner and I are both autistic and this was particularly distressing as well as the lack of support from the estate agents to help us find a home pre surgery. I would recommend you stay as far away from Crook & Blight as possible.

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Communication wasn't the easiest, and I often didn't hear from them for weeks. When I rang and asked to be called back, it took four or five days to get a response. I was never really sure what their marketing strategy was, apart from the usual online listings, so I didn't know to how to move forward when it wasn't selling. It outcome wasn't successful, although I know the market is difficult at the moment.

From the ‘sneak peeks’ on Facebook, the Facebook live viewing all the way through to completion, Nic and the rest of the Northwood team were incredibly professional, responsive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Northwood!
11th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)CPS stood out for us because of their terms by not tying us to a fixed length of contract and their knowledge of the area. Especially good was that took our personal circumstances into account, making sure they fit things in around us and our baby.

17th Apr 2019 (5 years ago)I have used Martin Shell for my Energy Performance Certificate twice now, as very reasonably priced. On this occasion he has gone beyond his job by notifying me of a repair outside that I, nor my tenant noticed that I am now able to address. Thank you Martin.

Would also like to mention Lewis Manners and Sarah Bunting for their professionalism and always returning my numerous phone calls.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately
