They were absolutely rubbish when I was renting - never replied to emails and never sorted issues out. DO NOT sign up to the no deposit scheme it’s an absolute scam and just puts more money into their greedy pockets. Horrible horrible experience.
1st Oct 2024 (10 days ago)Karan was very disrespectful and unprofessional bringing up her leak in the ceiling. I did not get my desired idealistic property. Due to her being a Karan. Black hearted like the rest of them… Avoid using this letting agency at all measures. I’m certain if I had gone with any other letting agency they would have got me in the property. I felt belittled and threatened by her attitude towards me & I’m convinced that she didn’t try her best to explain my savings to the landlord or my start date for my job. I am now left homeless. When I start work in 2 weeks time. With no place to keep my bike. Stop removing my review. As I have been nothing but factual and honest about my experience.

2nd Oct 2024 (9 days ago)From the day THW valued our house , to setting up the Sale and getting interested parties lined up to view, to the day it was completed all of THW Staff were first class. We dealt mainly with Anne Marie who was always informed and helpful. When any problem arose, from whatever Party, they helped sort it as soon as it was possible. I would highly recommend them. Thank you to all the Staff. Rich Bailey

Now, we are dealing with a different team looking for another property. 19th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I would not recommend using this service if you're looking to sell your house quickly. My experience was frustrating and disappointing. The process was much slower than expected, with no sense of urgency. The marketing strategy seemed ineffective, and it felt like my property was just another listing with no special attention given. If you're on a tight timeline or need to move fast, I suggest looking elsewhere for a more proactive and responsive service.

16th Sep 2024 (25 days ago)My partner scheduled a viewing for an apartment for today, and was told 9 minutes before the showing that it was unavailable. He emailed repeatedly for confirmation and called as soon as they opened to confirm. This seems incredibly unprofessional. I sympathize with the girl on the phone because she seemed genuinely apologetic, but 9 minutes before a scheduled showing is insane.

16th Sep 2024 (25 days ago)David’s Homes and specifically Sean has been absolutely amazing over the past two years we rented with them. I feel incredibly lucky to have had Sean as my estate agent, he has been helpful, supporting, efficient and highly communicative throughout our entire tenancy and I have never been left in the dark once by him or by David’s Homes. Every little issue we had was sorted promptly and we were always kept informed with what was going on. One time there was an issue with the shower that caused the electrics to trip, Sean had me on the phone with an electrician within the hour and we had power restored and the shower repaired the same day! I honestly can’t say enough good things about David’s Homes, but if you’re looking for a new estate agents, I can’t recommend anyone more than I recommend these lovely folks.

Their professional photography showcased our property beautifully and the listing attracted plenty of interest. Deborah was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, offering a personal touch that made us feel really valued. She worked tirelessly to negotiate and ultimately helped us achieve a higher sale price than initially offered, especially given the buyer’s unusual requests. We couldn't be happier with the service from Matthew’s and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and caring estate agent team. It’s not often we send flowers to thank which says it all.

Right from my first meeting with Dee, I was so impressed with her knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. She was able to give me the information required for the process immediately. She always carried out what she said she would do. Sue who dealt with the process of the sale also kept me up to date and helped enormously. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
2nd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

11th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!

She dealt with the whole process superbly. Dane , the manager, was also extremely efficient, polite, pleasant, courteous and extremely prompt They made me feel like i was their only customer. Excellent service guys, well done ???? ????
