Angela helped to answer all my questions and showed me around the house and left with smiles on our faces. I was lucky enough to be accepted with the house I viewed and the communication has been great so far from receiving the offer to paying the deposits ect. I would recommend Harry Harper!!

They were flexible and accommodating when organising viewings, which made a big difference. During the negotiation stage, they offered helpful guidance and communicated clearly between us and the vendor, ensuring the process was fair and efficient. 28th Nov 2025 (18 days ago)I jointly owned the property with my 2 sisters which we sublet through an agency. When we decided it was time to sell up we approached 3 estate agents. We found that Williamson were the most approachable, by far, and gave us the best advice, particularly as we were selling with tenants intact. They also had a much better pricing structure. They very quickly found a potential buyer who eventually went on to buy the property. During the course of this process we had several queries which were always answered quickly and professionally. They also recommended the solicitors we used, who were equally helpful and professional. Overall it was a great experience.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the charming Ms Emily Edmunds who has looked after me from the start, as well as the lettings manager Charlotte. I was searching for a clean, modern self-contained one bedroom flat to rent in Cardiff while I look for a property to purchase, and the team at Taylors came up with a perfect property within days of my making an enquiry. They also dealt admirably with the issue of progressing my rental with the owners far more efficiently than the so-called vetting specialists who were absolutely useless in every respect. Taylors are part of a much larger group, and I can highly recommend them to any prospective client. Brilliant! Thank you.

25th Nov 2025 (21 days ago)If I could put a minus score I would,a relative of mine was treated appallingly basically being forced out with a feeble excuse that landlord wanted to sell now property is readvertised with guess what £100 extra a month,and to top it all she still hasn't had her bond returned,stay away from this company.
