16th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.
6th Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)I recently went through Martin and Co. for letting my new home! They have been absolutely brilliant. Sheena bush has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend !

We particularly appreciated them carrying out tasks for us that would have been difficult for us as we live so far away. We found their advice and guidance helpful and it was reassuring that they took pains to ensure the security of the empty house. It all helped to make a difficult job less stressful.

11th Apr 2025 (19 days ago)They were a good letting agency, really helpful when viewing a property, sorting out the paperwork / inventory and mostly quick to respond to issues with the property after you move in. They always gave more than 24hrs notice when needing to inspect the property / book new tenant viewings which was really appreciated. They sometimes didn't relay timings though, especially when contractors where scheduled to carry out repairs on the property. They also often let the rental contracts roll on for months before asking to renew, which some could see as a positive. Overall good, would recommend.

21st Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)I have sold many houses in the past, (16 in total) and Lesley Hooks estate agents have been the best. I had an offer on my home a couple of weeks after putting it on the market. The sale itself was a nightmare due to a very tricky lease extension and the only people talking to me and to all the solicitors involved where the estate agents (Special thanks to Ellenor), I would give you more than 5 stars if I could. You were the only ones keeping me sane. Thanks Guys
16th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.
30th Oct 2024 (5 mo. ago)I have dealt with jones and chapman for over 10 years with different mortgages needed. They know me on first name terms which I feel is easier to communicate and chat with staff. All staff are great. I have had a few mortgage advisors and at present Nicolas Cabo has been the best. Will informed and explained everything as it should. I wolud recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage. Top guy. Thanks. A.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!
