11th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up. PICTURES FOR THE PUBLIC BELOW EVIDENCE OF THE MOLD DAMAGE.

Nothing seemed too much trouble & we’re always quick to respond to any queries we had. A overall smooth experience thanks to Chloe & Elisha.

Zara Beggs is my property manager and has always been excellent at responding and sorting any problems I have had in a timely manner.

You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Alice, Ben, Simon and Ellie for being brilliant, you really are a credit to your Company!

When we called and gave the details on the property that we were looking for they hit the mark with suggestions and nothing ever seemed like to much of annoyance. The response time with emails and telephone calls was very good and no question was to big or to small. I can’t thank the team at Lesley hooks for making the transition of moving properties one of the easiest experiences moving homes.

We found Lesley Hooks to be really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were up to date with any news they heard and vice versa. They've also been really helpful since we've moved in, replying to our follow-up emails quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.- 16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)Nick has been absolutely amazing at helping me with buying my first house. I’m an apprentice on a temporary contract and he has managed to source a mortgage with a top lender with a very competitive interest rate, despite my difficult affordability circumstance. Even after getting my mortgage offer through and approved, Nick continued to help when there was an issue between the solicitor and the mortgage company, keeping me regularly updated when the solicitor went quiet. The house is due to complete in nine days, so fingers crossed everything goes smoothly. Despite the cost of the lifetime membership, I would recommend Nick to anyone needing mortgage advice, and if I ever move in the future I will definitely be using Nick’s services again.

Bradshaw came in, told me to remain the price as is and they sold it within a few weeks. My only regret is not going with them from the start.
