3rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have found no matter who I spoke to either in Murdochs or on the telephone the staff are always polite understanding an do not mind having to repeat or explain details, They are always friendly and very reassuring an deal with any problems no matter how small. This very good attitude comes from the top an as filtered through to all the staff. They give a very good service.

29th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)I didn’t sell my property through Park Lane Properties, but I did purchase my home through them and felt I had to leave a positive review — especially for Amie. Unfortunately, the estate agents who sold our home were terrible and dishonest, and dealing with them really highlighted how exceptional Amie was. We could only wish we had an agent like her on our side. Amie was honest, professional, and communicated brilliantly throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. She did an excellent job representing her client, making sure we were financially ready to proceed and that everything was in place, which made the whole purchase far smoother than it could have been. I truly hope her client also leaves a positive review, as Amie was fantastic. She sets the bar incredibly high within the industry, and other estate agents, especially ours should really take a leaf out of her book. If you live in the area and thinking of selling, call Park Lane! Thank you Park Lane & Amie.

Top communications in organising and informing of viewings and prompt actions once offers and eventual sale was processed. Excellent all round from the whole team.

I had a dedicated agent who managed the whole process from assisting with bringing the property up to a lettable standard; to finding suitable tenants, managing the tenancy for nearly 4 years and finally, ensuring a smooth handover for the tenants and myself as the landlord. There was always someone at the end of the phone to talk through any matters. Everyone was very professional, helpful and amenable. Our main contact throughout, was exemplary

From start to finish, the service was professional, thoughtful and genuinely supportive. Pam, in particular, was exceptional. She took the time to listen, offered clear and sensible advice throughout, and brought a calm confidence to what could easily have been a stressful process. Her judgement was always sound and I felt we were in very safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lednor to anyone looking to sell in the area. A first-class service delivered with real care.

2nd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!
26th Feb 2026 (16 days ago)If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier. Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and can’t thank her enough. Carol, if you get to read this I’d like you to know you are a superstar!!

Staff are friendly and welcoming and as a small family run business you feel taken care off. 100% recommend. Thank you to Peter and all the staff for looking after me!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Communication was clear, they secured good tenants quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.

Jack and Adam are incredibly pro-active, friendly, professional, on the ball, amenable, positive, determined .... in short, they stand out amongst other estate agents. We are more than satisfied with the service they provide.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
