Matthew and his team have made this journey as stress free as possible for me, from the first phone call to enquire on a property to signing the lease! Great job PM Estates ???? However, once the lease has been signed, they have little to no interest in resolving queries or matters with the property. Their responsibility seems to end on placement. This changes the experience.

I'm so happy I found this friendly and helpful people.They're so organised professional and understanding made all the checks and paperwork for me so quick and I move into the flat in 12 days! 2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Back in 2023, I appointed two agents to sell my home in Great Dunmow, Beresfords were head and shoulders above the other agent, more viewings, better communications etc. it wasn’t an easy sale falling through twice, Ben was excellent throughout, always responsive to calls, full of good ideas and saw the sale through in a professional manner from start to finish. Overall a very good service.

However during that time we were supported by Intercounty and found their help and advice invaluable, also their kindness and patience. A wonderful team, highly recommended.

I can’t fault them and would highly recommend.

29th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.
