10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Lisa Griffin at Zoe Napier provided exceptional service during my house sale. It was not an easy house to sell, but Lisa was so approachable and took the time to explain my options and associated risks throughout the process and provided frequent updates. I highly recommend her.

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)A brilliant experience with P.M. Estates. The team have been friendly, professional and helpful, making me feel listened to and well looked after throughout. The property was immaculate, with clear, detailed booklets explaining how everything works. Special thanks to Belsia, Barbara and Paul for their care and guidance—they made moving so much easier. Will be recommending to anyone moving to Bishops Stortford. Many thanks to the team.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We used the team at Murdochs to sell our home. Everyone at Murdoch’s was always clear, polite, professional and timely. They were particularly responsive and couldn’t do enough to help. I’d certainly recommend Peter and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Thanks again.
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Moat Housing did not take seriously my complaints about my next door neighbour harassing my cat for months back in 2023. Google would not let me post photos showing the state of my cat from July to December 2023 during which time the neighbour was intimidating him to get at me because she did not want me (and other neighbours) to walk on the communal grass behind the block of flats, so to put me off she targeted my innocent cat. My cat became terrified of her, only her and not other neighbours. I was forced to move out after just 11 months. The Moat Housing building in Tunbridge Wells where I lived looks like a Victorian prison. Moat did not maintain the building exterior in the 11 months I lived there. The communal areas were very depressing. Most also did not address my complaint about an Asian male neighbour who came out wearing nothing but a piece of cloth around him.
Park Lane Property Agents - Bishops Stortford

27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I recently sold my Mum’s property through Park Lane Property Agency and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From my very first interaction with David, I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. I felt confident straight away and decided there and then to entrust the sale of my mum’s property to the agency. Throughout the process, I had excellent interactions with David, Amie and Chloe. They are a very friendly, professional and customer-focused team, and it is clear that their family-run business takes great pride in providing a personal yet highly professional service. Although the property market was slow, David provided excellent advice and guidance on how best to move the sale forward and speed up the process. His knowledge, support and practical advice were greatly appreciated. I would like to thank David, Amie and Chloe for all their help and support throughout the sale. Their personal approach, professionalism and commitment to their customers really set them apart. I would highly recommend Park Lane Property Agency to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service from a genuinely caring and professional team.

3rd Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Have known Paul & Ray for years and seen the business grow but they have kept that family feel which is rare in this industry. Very knowledgable as you would expect but friendly with it always on hand to offer advice in both rentals and selling. As they say “ you get what you pay for” you get more than what you pay for with this company. A pleasure to have watch them grow into what they are now .

The team, and Louise in particular, have always been responsive and supportive. They have also been very effective at finding new tenants and dealing with any matters arising.

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Have used Wright and co multiple times and have found them to be at the pinnacle of the industry, certainly locally. Chris in the lettings department deals with all our tenancies and is fantastic. To the point, no flannel, gets the job done and is honest. William in sales has also been very helpful in what we have asked. Would recommend.

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.

It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.

He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.

There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.

We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
17th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very good
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)A fantastic experience from start to finish!

We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. From our very first enquiry through to securing our lovely new home, Jack has been absolutely brilliant.

Professional, approachable and incredibly helpful, he's kept us informed throughout and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Nothing has been too much trouble, and we've really appreciated his friendly, reassuring approach.

Finding a new home can be a daunting experience, but Jack has made it a genuinely positive one. It's refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about the people he's helping, rather than simply completing another transaction.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the agency. A huge thank you, Jack. We can't wait to move in!
