7th Dec 2024 (11 weeks ago)I rented a flat for half a year from Lovetts of Ramsgate and I can say that everything was perfect. The staff was always helpful and supportive to me. After I moved into the flat, if I needed any help, everything was solved within a few days. I had an amazig stay in the flat, which was clean and comfortable. I really appreciate all the help from the staff and I can highly recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you so much. Laszlo

Right from the first viewing to completion date we had great, clear communication and helpful advice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laing Bennett to anyone. Thank you all very much

31st Jan 2025 (19 days ago)Letting agents ( Chelsea and Lisa) are extremely helpful. They where amazing during the moving in process, letting us have an extra viewing to measure rooms. They have been very quick to fix any problems that have happened since we moved in. By far the best lettings agents I have used.
9th Jun 2024 (8 mo. ago)Great agents and they found me a buyer in a short amount of time. They listened to what i wanted and when they took the photos of my home, they advised how to make my home look the best. Would 100% recommend and use again. Everyone I dealt with was also very friendly.
2nd Sep 2024 (24 weeks ago)They would not sign us up until we had paid them £303.00 for their solicitors and £199.00 for photos and I think it was a further £60.00 for money laundering. Four viewings in 23 weeks. No weekly phone update as promised, we had to chase them. When we gave them 2 weeks notice, they didn't even acknowledge the email until the last day of the 2 week period. The branch manager even had the cheek to tell us he did not rate the area we lived in. Diabolical service!
12th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)Excellent and highly professional service. We were seeking a rental property and viewings were arranged quickly, with a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff (Phoebe) in attendance. We liked the house, so applied for it ... 12 days later we moved in !

18th Mar 2024 (11 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
21st Jul 2022 (2 years ago)They are great depending on what you want... They will market your house quickly, elicit offers quickly, get a decent price, so basically they can see snow to Eskimos. But their back of house sale progression side of things seems non existent, I've always had to chase them for info, sometimes more than once, I don't think I have had a call from them that wasn't initiated by me needing to know where we are.

11th Nov 2024 (14 weeks ago)Lack of Professionalism at Your Move Deal After being a tenant in a property managed by Your Move in Deal for over seven years, I was deeply disappointed by their lack of professionalism and common decency. Unfortunately, this behaviour began even before our tenancy started. During negotiations, they attempted to incite a bidding war among potential tenants—a tactic I found unnecessarily greedy and refused to consider it. Throughout our tenancy, we had minimal interaction with Your Move staff. Thankfully, we had a good relationship with the property owner and communicated directly to avoid dealing with the agency whenever possible. However, at the end of our tenancy, the lack of communication and professionalism became glaringly obvious. The person managing our agreement made no effort to contact us regarding the move-out process—no guidance on a final walk-through, cleaning expectations, or even instructions for returning the keys. I had to chase their rentals team myself to ensure everything was handled properly. Despite this poor experience, we notified Your Move that we were looking for alternative accommodation. On one occasion, we viewed a property they were representing. The staff handling the viewing were inexperienced and poorly prepared. They handed us a basic info sheet—information we’d already seen online—and could not answer any of our questions about the property. When asked for clarification, their response was simply, “I don’t know.” Instead of offering to find out or follow up with the landlord, they left it at that. If you're considering renting through Your Move in Deal, think twice. Their lack of professionalism and care is evident from start to finish.
