11th Mar 2025 (17 days ago)Once it became clear that my Uncle was not going to leave this care home I appointed SBN, Nuneaton branch, as agents. As executor the staff all helped me manage the sale of the house sensitively and professionally. The advice offered helped my family benefit the most from my late Uncles estate by securing a respectable price for my late uncles house. There flexibility around borrowing there set of property keys, arranging viewings, arranging access to the property for trades people and accommodating our wishes as a family was second to none. This was very much appreciated as I live 2.5 hours away from the property. Thank you for helping us through this sale and difficult period.

She helped us finding a new home after we received Section 21 from previous landlord. We found the house and had the keys in 3 days which was amazing. I would happily recommend her.She has been our support!

Jan in particular is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, she returned telephone calls when asked, often within minutes and provided guidance throughout the process. She also provided me with details of a specialist service as I was having difficulty locating one. I also feel I need to mention Steve, what a great chap, professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I would 100% recommend them for any sale or purchase. Thanks again Martin & Co!

Even though she was the Agent further up the chain and not actually dealing with our sale she managed the process providing an efficient and crucial link in a chain of 4 properties. 3rd Mar 2025 (25 days ago)My mother has rented her house since the early 1980's, she & my late Father worked hard to make improvements to the property after moving in & Mum has kept it immaculate since. As I understand it her Landlord has always appreciated this & has been kind & helpful as a result. Following a fall before Christmas, Mum needed a Stairlift to be able to continue staying in her home & her Landlord agreed to allow one to be fitted. As Mum's Landlord's agents, Wards have been very helpful in arranging some of the works to carried out & Mum has commented before on just how helpful they are. She gets on very well with Kelly & having dealt with her myself regarding Mum's situation I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble for her so thank you very much Kelly & Wards
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Rest assured we heard some horror stories that made us think this process would take twice as long as it did but our experience with Fraser Stretton has been nothing but great and that is thanks to Charlie and the team.
