16th Sep 2024 (24 days ago)I would never recommend it to anyone unless he is my enemy ????. Sharing my true experience which will be helpful to anyone. I had the worst experience with this letting agency. I stayed in the property almost 2 and half yrs .Regularly they were doing the inspection and found everything well maintained which they used to say verbally. But funny when I vacated the house they wanted to deduct 75% of the deposit saying that I have not maintained the house . What a shame , if the house was not maintained they should have informed me after the inspection. But I think they had different plans as I asked for evidence but was not shared and was told that they are not obliged to give inspection feedback. Finally ,I had to go to dps to get a deposit back which took a long time . I would recommend to be extremely careful with this letting agency . Also, owners use to visit property without any information in advance. When I in fact informed the letting agency which seems to fall on deaf ears. Some of the things were extremely good but my vacating the house was extremely disappointing . Though, I am giving one star as one staff member was very good who listened to the concern and addressed the issues immediately. But I think people are in higher positions are not fair leadership .One funny thing is one person works 1-2 days a week and everything needs to hold up for a special person to come and make decisions . But since it is a matter of money I would recommend to be extremely careful as they do not even acknowledge the agreement. Personally if someone asks me to recommend, I would say save yourself mate . If you have to do business with them, you can capture all the videos, photos and whatever possible as evidence and keep all the communication on mail so that vacating the house at the end of the contract is easy and smooth . Do not go by their kind words and friendly behaviour. It could be deceiving and can cost you badly.

4th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)The staff at Up Estates were very friendly and communications were good. Unfortunately due to planned building works by the local council, many people were put off viewing the property and we subsequently took it off the market. We will try again next year and we will probably be using Up Estates again.

19th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Sorry to say that we really feel bad about this agency. We were on rent in a house under this agency. When we moved from here, we asked for our deposit back and the landlord want to take all our deposit plus extra £100 as liability. We are a family and we take care of that house we'll. We said we are ready to pay for the cleaning, but they just trying to take all our deposit(1340+100). We didn't damage or break anything in that house. We don't know what we need to do to get our money back. That landlord is really greedy and the agency is also not ready to help us.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

She's polite, considerate, professional and always responded promptly to concerns raised even if some of the concerns weren't addressed, her efforts to help resolve any challenges do not go unnoticed. Our experience with Elizabeth Davenport has been mostly positive and that's thanks to Carol!

Getting the property was swift. All necessary checks done in quality time than I've not seen elsewhere. Kudos. I write this review from my heart. I do hope you guys keep it up.
4th Oct 2024 (6 days ago)I am looking at the review provided by other tenants AND I am shock to wittness the reviews and what has happend to me, I have gone through Rent application with MAISON Estate and initial deposit paid. however we were not able to proceed the rent application as check hasnt gone through.NOW MAISON ESTATE refuse to pay my Initial Deposit. The office manager Gerda refuse to communicate .This is a disgrace. I Will never recommend this service to anyone in coventry. BE CAREFUL .DO NOT GO NEAR THIS ESTATE AGENT ….

13th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I initially chose to get 5 separate estate agents to value my late mothers home, of which Zak from HR Estates shone brightly above the others. My initial thoughts and gut instincts served me well as Zak helped us feel at ease and kept us fully informed at every level through the entire experience from day one until completion. I highly recommend this very eager to please and professional young man, he is super polite, makes no false promises, a man of his word and the total opposite of the stereotypical estate agent. His calm and friendly but totally professional approach made a difficult time so so much easier and bearable. If you read this Zak once again thank you for everything, we truly are grateful.

Everyone came in to contact with at Bayzos was friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone who wanted to sell a property.
