They both went above and beyond in securing our exchange and completion. Not that I ever want to move again but if I did I would definitely use this estate agent again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who wants to move. Thank you again, its been a pleasure working with you.

18th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent during my property transaction. Despite my offer being accepted, critical issues arose, including the discovery of an illegal extension with an asbestos roof, which made the property ineligible for a mortgage. This led to financial losses exceeding £1100 for various non-refundable expenses such as ID verification arranged by the estate agent, solicitor fees, and surveyor costs. Additionally, the unprofessional conduct of the director, Jake, who abruptly ended communication during important discussions, added to my frustration. I'm actively seeking ways to address these issues and recover my losses.

Recently bought a property with them, and the service I got from Lisa, Joe, and Rachel in sales progression was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to buy or sell and would definitely look to use them in the future. Thanks guys you really made the whole process as easy as possible.

I brought my house from them many years ago and when it came time to move, Doug immediately understood the brief and suggested ways to help. Communication was excellent and Doug went above and beyond what I would expect from an estate agent. I felt completely in the loop on all aspects of the selling and exchange / completing. I rang around several agents and was sent details of every type of property imaginable, however when I contacted Mann's the lovely cheery lady actually listened to me and said 'I think I have just the property for you' she was so right. The perfect property it was indeed. All the staff at the branch were so helpful and cheerful. Their helpful guidance throughout the process was amazing. They made a normally stressful, difficult time completely painless, and hassle-free. Thank you Mann's ! :)

At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us. Dan himself was extremely professional, honest, and attentive throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
