Everything was done in a professional manner and could otherwise be a convoluted process was super smooth and effortless. 22nd Sep 2024 (7 mo. ago)I’ve recently bought a studio in central London and I had the best experience with them. From the visit till completion I’ve always had someone to talk to, they’re super responsive and always of good advice. I felt really reassured and taken care of. It was a total team work too. All started with Fraser who made the initial visit and guide me through for process and then Seth got along the way. Eventually Isaiah and Beckie at the end helped to complete. All incredibly helpful and really present at every steps, the move from one team member to another was also really fluid and well handled. In a very challenging market for tenants, Zaylin went above and beyond to keep us informed of timelines and managed the process extremely professionally. 23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I had a really disappointing experience with this agency. I was really excited about moving into a new flat, but the agency made the whole process super stressful. first they kept changing the move-in date last minute, which messed up all my plans. It felt like they just didnt care about how it affected me. On top of that, their communication was terrible. Every time I tried to get an update, they either didnt respond or gave me a vague answer. It felt like they were just stalling the whole time. And when I finally got to see the flat again before moving in, it was not at all like they described. There were issues with the place that they never mentioned before. In the end, I had to scramble to find another place because I just couldn’t trust them anymore. I struggled for months to get my money back, the whole experience was a nightmare, and I’d never go through them again. If you're looking for a reliable agency, this definitely isnt it.

They went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and hassle-free. We really appreciated their attention to detail, flexibility, and quick responses throughout.
