The team were great to deal with. The perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. The property was presented well online, with photos that didn’t distort room sizes and proportions. Once we’d had our offer accepted, their online processes were very efficient, with email prompts easing us into the next step. Plus, the team were always on hand to answer any questions. It only took two weeks from seeing the property to getting the keys! We would definitely recommend erringtonsmith.

18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA

The viewing and commitment to purchase process with Kamal was excellent. Then as this was a protracted process due to no fault of the agency they did all they could to settle any concerns. Without Penny going above and beyond I am certain we would still be waiting to complete! Happy to highly recommend this office.

Karl has let out and sold properties for me over the last few years and has always gone above and beyond my expectations... I have always felt confident that he's given me completely honest answers and guidance, rather than what I want to hear, finding him has been like gold dust, when it comes to buying/selling/letting, thank you so much Karl! 18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Tom has been amazing throughout the whole selling process and was on hand to answer any questions I had - and there were many! He has been very thorough and always been there to help me during every step. I would highly recommend Bear Associates and am extremely grateful for his help and professionalism.

Right from the start Ben was very pro-active with the sale, keeping us fully updated on viewings and making suggestions on how best to market the property and achieve the best price. Ben is a credit to his profession and I would highly recommend engaging with him and Walters.
8th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!
