12th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)We first met Jilly Wellman when we were considering selling our house several years ago now. We were dissatisfied with the agent at that time and found Jilly so helpful even though not her clients that we vowed to contact her in the future. We withdrew our property from the market at that time. So, having lived at our current address for 29 years we decided to sell and contacted Jilly. Obviously, out of touch with the selling process and anxious about it, Jilly was immediately reassuring and was so enthusiastic about our property and conveyed confidence in getting a sale that we took re-assurance from that. Throughout the whole process she kept in touch, put suitable people forward for viewings, answered all emails and texts promptly. She introduced her colleague who would occasionally stand in for her and showed her around. She also communicated when her colleague was doing the viewings. She assured us she would be with us every step of the way and she was. The thing that is striking is after many years doing her job she is so enthusiastic and competent and goes out of her way to be helpful and clearly loves meeting her clients. We were also very happy with the price she pitched our property at. A gem of an agent! I would also like to say how helpful and welcoming Jo Windsor and Diana Steer were in the process of our sale. In view of our experience, I would certainly recommend Strutt & Parker Estate Agents.
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)After dealing with a terrible estate agent we used Knights in the end. Their communication was great and we sold fairly quickly although had to take a drop in value. We also viewed lots of properties through them. Scott was particularly helpful.

14th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chancellors Lightwater. After having my offer accepted on a property and starting the buying process, I was unexpectedly informed that the property was sold to another buyer who offered a higher price, despite my offer being accepted and us already incurring costs for surveys and legal fees. This practice, known as gazumping, is not only unethical but also highly unprofessional. Chancellors Lightwater showed a complete disregard for the time, effort, and money that goes into the home-buying process for their clients. I would caution anyone considering using their services to think twice, as their business practices seem to prioritise profits over trust and integrity. Avoid them at all costs!

The whole process was handled very professionally with a large dose of friendliness. I highly recommend using them for your sale.
18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)Enquired about a property here multiple times, letting agent Alexsey has very poor communication skills and did not get back to me, then completely ignored my email. Scheduled a virtual viewing which I did not receive for the specified time and only received a day later once asking. Asked him to give me a call twice so we could discuss the property however he only wanted to be contacted via email. However on the bright side all other staff seem to be quite friendly and helpful

Once a buyer was found he kept us constantly updated. The use of Vickery in house legal services, Specialist Property Lawyers, was amazing. Everything was seamless. I would highly recommend their services.

28th Jun 2024 (29 days ago)Nimi at Redwoods was great to work with. Always happy to chat, even with me calling all the time to check on the progress of my sale and to help me chase people. I spoke to her so much I feel like we are friends now. I’m so glad I purchased through Redwoods as had some bad experiences with another local estate agent. Not that I think I ever will but if I do sell my property I will definitely be calling them. I would totally recommend Redwoods to anyone as I’m sure you’ll be happy with the service

1st Apr 2024 (17 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
