In particular I would like to congratulate Matthew Gwyer, Jaymes Partridge and Lauren Walker, on the letting side, for finding Tenants for my flat and keeping me fully informed during the process. Everyone I have liaised with has been very courteous and competent and I am impressed that behind the customer -facing staff there is a team providing help, expertise and looking after the details. I really believe that Hamptons has my best interests at heart, which is more than can be said for some other Agents I have dealt with.

The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

From the outset we were impressed by their approach. We found Andy Gearing and his team to be completely invested in not only in the sale of our home, but we felt looked after too. Their sales strategy worked well and we appreciated the fact that the whole sales team viewed our house at the outset, so knew it well. Our experience was that Bourne acted with integrity from the beginning of the process to the end, and we felt listened to. I would definitely recommend Bourne to anyone looking to sell. Rev. H Koch

7th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)I’m immensely pleased with the service we received from Knights for our home sale. The home selling process can sometimes be daunting, but the entire knights team were fantastic every step of the way. They had an offer on our property one day after it was launched and sold within three days. We had three valuations from different estate agents and from our first meeting Scott was more open and honest and explained everything in great detail. They were always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. They also greatly understood the housing market in our area, which allowed us to market our property correctly and get a deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. They answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary. I’m so glad I chose Knights for selling my house. Their knowledge and experience, combined with their patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services!

29th Sep 2024 (4 days ago)Unfortunately you cannot leave less than 1*. Chancellors Lightwater are truly the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. As a seller the marketing price was agreed upon, we were then badgered into quickly signing into a contract on the back of being told that they had a buyer who wad really interested in the property and wanted to view immediately - Needless to say this buyer never viewed the property ( Ploy perhaps to get us to sign quickly?? ) Property is then photographed and sales literature generated but 20K below the agreed asking price, we then challenge Chancellors on this and was advised that all would be OK and that interested buyers would offer in excess - really why would anyone pay more than he advertised price? We had been advised by Chancellors during their sales presentation that all the agents in the Lightwater office are local to Lightwater and have a great knowledge of the area, hence they were the best agents in the area for selling. Well the Open day arrived and we were advised that 5 couples were interested. The agent hosting the open day didn't have a clue of the local area, he had trouble finding the property and more so didn't have any knowledge of the property, which resulted in him knocking on our neighbours door and asking them - how completely unprofessional? Furthermore when potential buyers were asking him the price that would be accepted he was saying the value that was 20K below what we wanted. Basically Chancellors took no notice of our expectations and are only driven for a quick sale. Their Management is non-existent their work ethics are non-existent. Fortunately after raising our concerns in the form of a Formal Complaint we have exited from their contract. Please do take on board our experiences and give careful consideration before signing up with this unprofessional outfit.

17th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)I was the buyer of a property sold by Gascoigne Pees. They didn’t work for me but I felt throughout the whole process I was treated with respect and kindness. They were quick to respond and answer the phone and worked hard to get the sale through as quick as possible. From making an offer through to picking up the keys I was kept up to date and informed and I had to do very little chasing. I was very impressed and happy with my experience with them throughout the whole process and will remember this when it comes to sell this property and move on. Also the moving in day box was a lovely touch ????

16th Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)I was selling a house on behalf of an elderly relative and Glenn provided excellent support and (honest) advice throughout, based on good local knowledge. He was very quick to answer calls and emails and always seemed to be available. We got a price that was at the top end of his estimation so it worked very well for us. I would definitely recommend his services.- 26th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)friends advised me strongly not to use Seymours and i was reluctant due to my previous experience, but the Knaphill office were excellent with good local knowledge and feedback from the 10 viewings. The photographer was very good and friendly & honest as the whole team at Knaphill, Seymours.

It has been a rollercoaster 8 months but she was fantastic; professional, clear and I have always felt put our needs first as well as having a laugh with us in good moments and being understanding in our more difficult moments. From the start, when Matthew first contacted me, I shared my frustration about being repeatedly rejected after making offers, even though I had clearly stated that I had pets. It was evident that previous agents hadn’t paid close attention to my needs, as I specifically needed a landlord who was pet-friendly. This wasted a lot of my time and energy, and I was feeling a bit discouraged. Matthew, however, truly listened to my concerns. He quickly responded with a unit that was guaranteed to accept pets and arranged for a viewing. Knowing I had a long journey to get there, he was flexible enough to send me a video tour of the property first, allowing me to confirm my interest before making the trip. This saved me a lot of time. Hayden from the team then took me for an in-person viewing, and I was immediately satisfied with the place and decided to make an offer. Hayden efficiently handled the negotiations, and we quickly reached an agreement that both sides were happy with, allowing me to move in with peace of mind. Another thing I truly appreciate is the seamless coordination within the entire team. While we were handling the paperwork, Hayden happened to be on leave, but Matthew stepped in to cover for him. Matthew continued assisting me with the rental process, so I didn’t have to wait for Hayden to return. This flexible approach to work really stood out to me. I hope the head office recognizes the strength of this team—perhaps a reward is in order, haha! Ben was responsible for the payment process, and he was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire payment procedure.
