9th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I let my flat via Daniels as I was living abroad, unfortunately I trusted them more than I should have and the flat was returned in a terrible condition, utterly filthy and broken. They also did not manage the tenants or check the flat was cleaned. Do not leave your property in their hands!
4th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)These people are scammers and thieves. Horrible people who will steal your money if you are not careful! Avoid them like the plague. Save yourself the time, money and energy by going with someone else instead!

As I was new in the United Kingdom this was the first agency I saw and met but there services was terrible and the property was damaged from the start and now they are saying it's my fault and they took the whole deposit and even asking me and charging extra money from me....I would recommend never to visit this place.

10th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)I am afraid how nicely they played with me. Created very miserable process after paid the deposit and they are not people of their words. Every employee talk different on same case. Not a co-operative neither supportive.
25th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)To owner, I am Pratik Nashikkar, I visited to your kingsbury office on Wednesday 27/09/2023 nearly 5pm regarding renting house. The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office. Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces. Thank you owner for demotivating us.

They were extremely professional, kept us in the loop at all times, I didn’t have to call them to chase them for anything. The team were all so friendly and polite and we built up a good working relationship with Chris himself, who was always able to answer anything when required. Will miss our conversations. The sale went through smoothly, which is just want you want when this is a very stressful time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Last year had to sell a family property and went with a different agents which was a terrible experience, this was a breath of fresh air, so wish we’d used Chis and his company for that sale. 10/10. Thank you to Chris and his team.

Then Syar who is a great communicator and he guided me through the viewings. He was very friendly, professional and helpful giving me all the information. Definitely an excellent service. I highly recommend their services.
