Throughout the time, Jason and his team helped us from advertising the property to finding a tenant. They also ensured a smooth transaction between checking-out an old tenant and checking-in a new tenant without any gaps in the tenancy periods, by keeping us informed at every step. Highly recommend them!
23rd Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Simeon at David Charles promised to sell our house, and indeed he did. Despite some ups and downs, he managed to get it over the line. He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.

18th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Stuart was amazing throughout our process to purchase a retirement property. He assisted us at every stage from initial viewing, offer stage and most importantly in the process to get from offer accepted to completion. We had many hiccups along the way which Stuart was always willing to help us resolve and to chase the lawyers from three sides. Prior to finding this place, we did work with other estate agents and did notice how they were just interested in getting a sale agreed regardless and not assisting thereafter. Stuart was not like that, he understood our needs, helped us without issue when we had to withdraw from one property to another and continued to assist us to final completion for which we are very grateful. Thank you Stuart.

They remained helpful and professional throughout the whole process and even though the market wasn't in the best state they still managed to get me a good price for my family home. I would whole heartedly recommend them if you're looking for someone to deal with! (You will be a happy customer).

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

14th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Had a terrible experience trying to view a property as potential tenant. The agent's office first called to postpone by 5-10 min as they were running late, I was fine with that, I was already in the area and didn't need to rush But when I struggled to locate the property in the area, though I was very close to it and couldn't find an entrance, they wouldn't help. Kept telling me off that other parties were able to locate the entrance so it's just my fault. I was on phone with them for over 10 mins, after which they said we are going to cancel my appointment because now I was late. They wouldn't connect me directly to the guy who was on site, a guy called Birju. We ran into him by accident and he initially refused to show us the property saying we are late. Took no notice of our efforts to reach him and our frustration, accused us of being rude, and that he wouldn't show us the property. His behaviour was downright obnoxious in front of women and children. This man shouldn't be allowed in a customer facing role. I didn't mind the property but have no desire to deal with Brockenhurst after this terrible experience.
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
