Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and I felt that they always had our best interest in their mind. We especially appreciated their perseverance in selling our house that was happening in difficult market conditions, but they managed to get there at the end. They always followed up with people viewing the house and kept us updated on progress, even if there wasn't much to update on. I really wish all estate agents were like them and would thoroughly recommend them.

We had initially marketed with Gibson Honey when he moved to a care home and they had already delivered excellent customer service organising viewings and getting offers. Our dad passed away during the sale which greatly complicated the whole process but Gibson Honey supported us through the added complexity, preserved the buyers and chain all the way to completion. Every interaction was positive but special mention to Wendy for her relentless pursuit of solicitors and clear communication at every turn!
