10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Currently living at Fitzroy House in Watford and the tenants/leaseholders here are extremely concerned about the safety of this building! The building is currently going through ‘refurbishment’ but the work being carried out is done to terrible standard as they have cut so many corners to save on cost! Do not rent or buy here! Jaspar Group are terrible and have no care in the world about the people who live here! Constant leaks which will continue due to the shabby refurb, serious mould issues, if something breaks it’ll stay broken as Jaspar won’t sort it for at least 1.5 years(no exaggeration), disgusting customer service! Everyone on the first floor(including myself) had to be evacuated from the premises a few weeks ago due to major leaks/flooding! It’s been a depressing experience to say the least!

23rd Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed that I chose Hamptons and stayed with them for nearly a year before property was sold. Being a client, the whole process was driven by the buyer and their demands and needs. Being in a chain it was really their call and responsibility to be the bridge for communication between the us and sellers and the buyers. On the day of completion I was hounded by Hamptons for 2 hours as soon as funds for the sale were released, despite everyone in the process involved being fully aware that we were on a CHAIN. It was morally and professionally so wrong. It was really the role where Hamptons needed to liaise and communicate with full clarity and confidence that keys would be released at the end of the completion for the full chain of sale and purchase. being fully ware of my circumstances doing a home move alone with a child, they were they only people who needed to represent my best interest and unfold some humanity and morality from the bottom of the chain to not dictate terms throughout the entire process of sale, but be reasonable. for the heavy agency fees levied by Hamptons, I truly regret that it really wasn't worth it, all in the end. I wish i chose another agent and saved over thousand of pounds in fees. For anyone looking to be in a chain, it is just so important to have agents who are experienced, and confident and always puts you ahead of everything. In the end, its all about commission, and really nothing matters after everyone receives their monies.

Considering it was a chain of 5 with all of it's complications, Dale went above and beyond liasing with all parties to ensure completion was achieved on time. I was extremely pleased with the service given by Dale and the ladies at Slades.

After numerous disappointments with accepted offers falling through and missing out on houses, we felt disheartened and thought we'd never find our dream home. Then we met Ryann from Orient Estates. From the outset, Ryann was exceptional. He took the time to truly understand our needs and desires, and then went above and beyond to assist us. Ryann suggested considering a different type of property which we had not previously considered, patiently guiding us through the process. Thanks to Ryann's dedication and expertise, we finally discovered our dream home on a fantastic street, and at an excellent price. Without Ryann's assistance, we would never have secured this perfect property. We cannot recommend Ryann highly enough. Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

We used their service as tenants for over 2 years and they always helped with anything without delays. They proved to be honest and trustworthy. 30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I never normally write reviews but in this particular instance I thought Richard and Toni at Lowthers Estate agents fully deserve to be recognised for their tremendous efforts during the sale of my property. Upon completion we soon realised that we had been dealing with each other for approximately 12 months following 3 different buyers due to a range of different issues along with the ever changing dynamics of the housing market. However despite all this, Lowthers remained thoroughly professional, committed and adaptive with their approach throughout the entire process always making me feel up to date and comfortable. I honestly believe most agents would have given up but they remained confident with the task which ended with a great result. I will definitely be using Lowthers in the future when I decide to sell my next property and would recommend to anyone thinking of doing the same.

The lady who was attending us was illiterately rude. She don’t to how to talk with customers. For us searching a house is very difficult but we came on some hope, they let me down. I will never suggest to anyone to come and visit to your office. Even though we ask here regarding 2,3 and 4 bhk along with i am suggesting more than 6 area but the rude answer was check online and make weird faces. Thank you owner for demotivating us.
