She was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful from the first viewing, through the process until we moved in. She went above and beyond in making sure the purchase went through on time when it became a bit complicated at the end. We couldn't have done it without her! 11th Jan 2025 (5 weeks ago)> Over-egged the valuation to win our business. > Valued the property in line with similar properties they sold, but in a completely different area. > Photography was poor, and order of photos on listing lacked any thought. > Did put us on a 2 week rolling contract so we could exit at short notice > Did not vet/follow up with viewers, so two out of the three viewers booked in did not turn up

21st Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)The worst service experience ever. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. THE LANDLORD BEING A ROGUE LANDLORD FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND BEING FINED. DONT KNOW HOW TENANTS ARE STAYING QUIET AT THIS PROPERTY.

Shilpa is a truly outstanding leader with a wealth of experience. Without her dedication and hard work, the sale of my house would not have been completed. She leads an incredible team, including Kevin, Jay, and Lauren, who have all been extremely helpful and professional throughout my journey. Every interaction with the team was marked by their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine support. They made what could have been a stressful process much smoother and more manageable. As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.
