In a challenging market, they were able to market my house and sell it, exceeding my expectations. Rolfe East is local, and compared with other national estate agents, you get personal support. I am so glad I chose Rolfe East as my estate agent!

We dealt with Phillip Hamp who, from the first viewing to completion, was excellent. One of the most enthusiastic, friendly people I've ever met! He was very accessible, his communication was excellent and he helped guide us through the whole process. When he was away for a while, his colleague Ian Cudworth seamlessly took over with equal aplomb. Can highly recommend. Many thanks!

Ben's communication and honesty is 2nd to none and was a rare trate in this industry. I would not hesitate to recommend F&P to anyone looking to move. Ben also managed to get me £10k more on the sales price that I hoped for and I will definitely use F&P again if I ever need to move in future.

Matt Ovenden and Matt Mullane were really attentive and supportive throughout the whole process, always there to answer our questions and guide us through each step. We felt really taken care of, and their proactive approach made everything so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and goes the extra mile, we highly recommend Avocado, they were amazing!
5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
9th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)From the moment I walked in, on a very wet day, I was made to feel welcome and valued. I wanted advice on renting out a property. Dev was amazing and talked and supported me through the whole process. He was completely honest, did not give me any unrealistic expectations, kept all appointments on time and was brilliant at communicating throughout. I'm really happy with the outcome and very pleased that I chose Oakwood estates in Gerrards Cross
