12th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)Would definitely not recommend. Renting a basement room in a HMO. Area outside the enclosed window had a bunch of rubbish. Extractor fan wasn't working which is a requirement for basement rooms. Broken locks on toilet doors. After a few months got ill from black mould. Moved out early but still had to pay rent for the remaining months. People went in without my permission. Took ages to get my deposit back, accidently overpaid the last month which they have yet to refund.
17th Dec 2025 (6 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

Mr. Amjid Choudhry has been extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process he really takes the time to explain everything and make sure things go smoothly. As someone new to the country, I truly appreciated his support and kindness. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. I would definitely recommend this agency, especially if you’re looking for someone trustworthy and responsive.

He showed me multiple properties and helped me clearly understand the pros and cons of each one based on my requirements. George was very calm, patient, and professional throughout the process, and he provided excellent service while helping me find the right option. Even when George was not available, the rest of the team stepped in and did a very good job with communication and support. Overall, I’m very happy with the service from George and the Chancellor’s High Wycombe team. Highly recommended.

My partner phoned up regarding a flat we were interested in, and the first question he asked was whether the owner would allow a couple sharing. We were told this wouldn't be a problem, so I drove for an hour and a half to come and do a viewing. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, however he did arrive around 20/30 minutes late, leaving us stood waiting outside in the rain. After filling out the tenancy application form, we were then told that the owner would not allow a couple sharing after all. What a waste of my time.

6th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I was very lucky to have Addison Giles as my property agent, or should I say Natasha. She was extremely helpful from day one. After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

2nd Jan 2026 (23 days ago)really happy with my experience with this letting agency the whole process has been smooth and well organised which made the moving process a lot less stressful the team have all been helpful and professional but jacquie really stood out from the start she did the viewing with me was always easy to get hold of and explained everything clearly which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming everything’s been handled really well and i’ve felt properly supported throughout would definitely recommend!!

We had notification of every viewing and updates immediately afterwards. We were confident that our property was being marketed to its full potential by people who genuinely care. Dale or Beth were always available to talk through any questions, emails always responded to.....very refreshing. Most definitely a 5 star service that we would highly recommend. Thank you both.

The marketing was better than our expectations, and the team in Chesham were very easy to deal with. Their regular communications kept us updated, and they've gone above and beyond in helping reduce delays in an awkward, long chain.
