Moving home is one of the most stressful things to do, but Sandra and Duncan made the whole process as supportive and stress-free as possible. 23rd Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Lawlors enough. In particular, Steve. Who took care of us, especially my mum through the sale of her home at a very difficult time. His professionalism and expertise were top class. But what was most outstanding was his kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. Not every agent would get on their knees in the rain and stick their arm in a drain to help read a water metre… but Steve did! Going above and beyond, could certainly be attributed here. I would give more stars if I could!

2nd Oct 2024 (4 days ago)Nice enough people but wasted a lot of my time. Never once suggested doing multiple viewings on one afternoon. Instead I had one or two individual viewings per week. Henry largely without any sales patter when prospective buyers were actually in the house. Sidney came and claimed she had never heard of Purple Bricks before. Had to move on and go elsewhere to sell my property.

They were patient and dilgent and we really appreciated the communication throughout. Having a WhatsApp group was such a simple way to keep everyone in the loop and ensure speedy responses on both sides. We felt like the advice we got was sound throughout, and in the end we had a successful sale within quite a tight timeframe. Would definitely recommend!

6th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Beware! This company do not care about tenants or their welfare. They failed to settle their own dispute with the landlord, who then turned on me to recover her losses. They basically lumbered me with a psychotic landlord, and Instead of dealing with the situation, chased a tidy profit out of a very ugly situation they caused in the first place. Don't be mislead by other positive reviews... They're probably all good if all goes well and their banking their commissions, but if there are any complications they'll leave you high 'n' dry. They're simply not a good company, and their contracts are worthless pieces of paper unless the clause is in their favour. This machiavellian organisation are a disgrace to their industry. They caused me untold stress and cost me a fortune. They should not be allowed to trade. I’d strongly advise you steer clear.

Brontë is absolutely amazing, she’s so calm, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, hard working, dedicated and lovely! Wayne Foley also helped in securing my sale and I took all his advice on board, which was much appreciated. Without them both I would not have sold my property, thank you both so much!

31st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)We tried to let out our house in Woodford Green . Unfortunately the company couldn’t make it due to the miscommunication between the would be tenant and the agent . The tenant piled up the requirements and contractor kept on doing and being a landlord only kept loosing the rent and the money in construction. Not happy with their work and approach .May be next time they does good and I remove the review .

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
