Their guidance has always been excellent and very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Farr O’Neil as they are totally honest, trustworthy and just lovely people to deal with.

Steve arrived on time and showed me around the property while explaining everything as we walked around the house including the local area. 31st Mar 2024 (20 days ago)I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple. This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with. I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

15th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is a public announcement to those trying to get a property through Maddison Fox. Stay well clear of this Lettings agency! Shanon Davis the lettings co-ordinator of Maddison fox Loughton branch is very unprofessional and collusive and preys on vulnerable individuals for financial gains. I was initially pressured by Jamie Chappell into paying 6 months rent in advance to secure my “spot” or I will lose my holding deposit, which made no sense as I was eligible to rent on a monthly basis. The communication was very one sided from the pair of them, as they only contacted me when they felt like and did not return any calls/emails when I was trying to reach them. I was given the complete run around during the process of moving in and trying to vacate the premises. Originally I was suppose to move in at the end of October 2023, however they delayed my move in date by an additional 2 weeks, which left me out of pocket as I had to call in the removal team and call off work. Now that I am trying to vacate the premises she is trying to coerce me into extending the lease for another 6 months, even though I have given her 2 months notice before the 6 month break clause which is stated on my contract. She is also is trying to make me responsible to find her a new tenant, which I find hilarious because isn’t that their job? I know I am well within in my rights in my contract. This is just a friendly public announcement to avoid dealing with Shannon and Jamie as they both seem to have hidden agendas and financially motivated interests. This has been nothing but a horrible experience and I would not want anyone else to experience what I have!

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.

24th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

Both as a tenant and as a buyer the service was excellent, great communication and friendly staff. Should we ever come to sell our home I'd for sure be returning to William Rose to facilitate. Highly recommended independent estate agent. Thank you for everything!

Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.
