They kept me updated all of the way through and kept chasing when things slowed down. If you asked them something they always came back with a reply, never had to chase them. Wish more companies were like this!

Previous staff had to be chased for updates, always had to ask for them to do their job even after waiting for days for them to action before we chased. Wrong information given. Didn’t turn up for showings. Useless. POOR POOR SERVICE from the office manager Latisha and down. Charlie was good but left. High staff turnover every couple of months. Not surprised. Nothing has been a problem for them. I would like to, personally, give a shout out to Charlotte who was approachable and honest from viewing the property to liasing with the Landlord. All my questions have been answered with complete authenticity and transparency. Thank you, Flick & Son

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

14th Sep 2024 (2 days ago)I had an appointment on September 13th at 2 PM to view a property organized by Whittley Parish. I informed the agent that I was traveling from London and would leave as soon as possible; Google Maps estimated a 90-minute drive. Unfortunately, due to several roadworks, the drive took over 2 hours, and I arrived 17 minutes late. When I called the agent to explain my delay, I was told that I had missed the appointment and should return back to London. Despite my efforts to reach them, the agent showed no concern whatsoever. there was no sympathy for the the inconvenience caused by the extended travel time. I was left feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and empathy. In my opinion, and being friday the 13th, Lindsey needed to get back to her cauldron and could not make any exceptions. It’s disappointing to have had such a negative experience with Whittley Parish. I plan to share my experience on social media to highlight how unprofessional their service was.

22nd Jun 2023 (1 year ago)From day one all of the staff at attik have been brilliant in every way, they have turned up when they said they would and I the had communication from them as to the feed back, when the office is called the staff are very polite. The last part of my sale was handled by a nice lady by the name of Terie, what a lady I must say, Terie worked tirelessly to sort things out as it got a little complicated towards the end but as per usual Terie contacted me by telephone so as to keep me updated as to the progress that she was making in the long chain of 5 or more persons I cannot speak highly enough of Terie she is a great asset to attik, I am so pleased that Terie was working with me on this sale, if any one wants a brilliant estate agent contact Attik and you will not be disappointed Terie I love you to bits over the handling of this sale, thank you so much
