It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

17th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Never in the office when we called, never replied to our emails, didn’t seem interested in selling our (low value) property. When we phoned the office nobody else could help or give us information about what was happening with our property, or whether there were any potential viewings. Talked a good talk and always had ‘an interested investor’ which never turned into a viewing. Very slow on technology - took 4 days to remove the property after the end of our contract (after 2 weeks notice). Had the cheek to try to get a sly viewing after we had moved on to another agent because ‘they were interested but couldn’t arrange a viewing last week’. Poor service, and doesn’t seem to work with his team. Unless you’re selling a high- value property with a juicy commission don’t bother.- 15th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like? Without doubt, words like “efficient” and “reassuring” come to mind whenever we ask ourselves the question. It meant that if problems arose (and with human beings they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, soon after, how they had been sorted. Other times we were supported with periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly organised on our behalf while cleaning services were arranged without having to lift a finger. Would we call upon Greenwoods again – of course. Would we recommend them to others – mad not to! Chris & Jacqui

Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

24th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)We had a very good experience with Andrews here in Jan/Feb '24. Kinga and Sameer responded to our enquiry swiftly enough on the same day and we arranged a viewing. The viewing was relaxed and not pushy. Our questions were answered and the ones they didn't know they said they would work on. The process from previous experiences was welcome when completing their form and they were quick to respond once it was submitted. The follow up validation process online was good too. We managed to get good response, patience when needed and communication opens at all times. Ben gave us a call too in their absence and was a little nervous about transfer deadline but once discussed he was supportive. A big thanks to Kinga for getting us a revisit to measure and assure ourselves of what we had previously seen and now we had signed. Happily recommend working with them and Andrews Worcester Park given this experience.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.
