It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

3rd Dec 2025 (10 weeks ago)I rented a flat through Hamptons Wimbledon for more than 3 years. The provided service was exceptional. The team are highly customer-oriented, professional and honest. Hamptons team led the process fast, smooth and hustle free for both a landlord and us as a tenant. If something was not clear for us we just asked and every tiny detail was explained explicitly well. Even though I’m not renting a flat anymore, I recently asked for a historical record of our previous tenancy. Once again, the team was lightning fast with their help and kindhearted support. A special shout-out to Fenella Hunt, Sara-Louise Wood, Jessica Slatter, Natasha Reddy, Elizabeth Montoya, Stephanie Silva, Carlee Parsons, Dimitra Gkotzailia for previous and current cooperation. 25th Nov 2025 (11 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

8th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)If you’ve ever dreamed of buying your first home while being “assisted” by someone with the responsiveness of a brick and the enthusiasm of a damp sponge, Goodfellows Morden has you covered — starring Debbie, the undisputed queen of strategic unavailability. Calling her was like trying to contact a rare mythical creature: phones mysteriously diverted, no returned calls, and not even a token email to prove she hadn’t been abducted by aliens. We ended up chasing them for everything — including confirmation that our offer was accepted and that we’d completed. Iconic levels of uselessness, really. As first-time buyers pouring in our life savings, we foolishly expected updates, support, or signs of life. Her input was as helpful as a waterproof teabag. Furthermore, we couldn't help but get the feeling that all communication was being distorted to the seller, to suit their agenda. As well as a convenient blind eye and lack of transparency about a clear defect in the house loft area. If you’re looking for an agency that actually communicates or engages with the process, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. They are ill equipped to sell pot plants, much less homes.

They are professional, approachable and communicable. Notable mentions for Justine, Laura, Olga and David who have all been helpful and responsive to any queries.
27th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.

She is absolutely exceptional, her professionalism, expertise, desire to go above and beyond simply cannot be faulted. Like for many others going through the buying process, it’s not always easy and smooth, however she supported us every step of the way and her consistent communication, we could not have been more grateful for. We will be returning to Tiffany when we come to sell the property, and we could not recommend her enough to family and friends. She’s amazing ????

We lived in the property as a family of three for three years, and throughout this time, we were very satisfied with their service. They were professional, responsive, and efficient in reviewing conditions, handling our requests, and resolving any maintenance or repair issues in the property. Communication was always clear and timely, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
