16th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)When it comes to Estate Agents this really is the white glove service. Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

22nd Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)This agency has been trying to steal our deposit, the flat we rented was given back in a very good condition and now they have got back to us with expensive invoices without first consulting us. They are now unresponsive to our email especially Heidi Ansell who has been extremely unhelpful with regards to our deposit. We will report the issue to the trading standard if we don't hear back from them soon.
10th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)My daughter and her fiance have recently completed the purchase of a new build flat. As Selling Agents Hamptons Surbiton went far beyond what we would have expected of an Estate Agent to keep the transaction alive during the eight months it took to complete. Paul Marchant, their Senior Sales Consultant, was particularly helpful right from the beginning. He showed complete knowledge about the development and the development company and, having been very effective for both parties during the initial negotiations on price and other aspects of the transaction, he added enormous further value to his role by maintaining meaningful contact with us and liaison with the developer throughout the transaction. We found all the staff at Hamptons with whom we had contact pleasant to deal with and Paul Marchant effective, steadfast and highly understanding and trustworthy.
23rd Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely awful! They put my children and myself under a lot of stress and stole our property, without warning or explanation and we never got the items back. They like to bully tenants and bribe them with telling them to take down reviews or they won’t give back property they have stolen. I am so glad I moved and now have nothing to do with this awful company!

4th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dexters acting somewhere between the management and the agent even though the landlady broke her own lease and sent a series of rude emails following. Upon URGENT INSPECTION it turns out most of the issues were from her lack of maintenance (landlady from HELL), mainly the landlady’s fault but dexters have really only been helpful when it’s suited them or my dragon landlady. I would never rent from them again, avoid- they do not cater to tenants! If there was a place to review private landlords I would post there to name and shame & avoid this happening to any other tenants!
17th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Never in the office when we called, never replied to our emails, didn’t seem interested in selling our (low value) property. When we phoned the office nobody else could help or give us information about what was happening with our property, or whether there were any potential viewings. Talked a good talk and always had ‘an interested investor’ which never turned into a viewing. Very slow on technology - took 4 days to remove the property after the end of our contract (after 2 weeks notice). Had the cheek to try to get a sly viewing after we had moved on to another agent because ‘they were interested but couldn’t arrange a viewing last week’. Poor service, and doesn’t seem to work with his team. Unless you’re selling a high- value property with a juicy commission don’t bother.

Noticed it was suddenly off the market, after a couple of hit and miss phone calls where no one seemed sure, I find today it is off the market. Would be nice to know viewing wasn't happening and property not available.

31st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The chap who we first saw seemed very straightforward and easy to deal with. He didn't seem to be trying to impress us particularly, just being straightforward. He was probably in his forties and had been in the trade for quite a while and was the owner of the Seymours franchise which we thought was a good sign. He was never pushy throughout the process and his team members were of the same ilk. Straightforward, easy to talk to and helpful. Once the house went on the market they got a lot of viewings in in a short time, so they were obviously good at attracting potential buyers. Oh, and I was offered 1% commission + VAT without even have to negotiate. This was important, but the overall feel of Seymours was more important. Communication was generally good, it was easy to talk to someone when I needed to.
17th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)
14th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I just bought my first house! and how fortunate I was to have had such an amazing experience. The stories I have heard from first time buyers left me apprehensive to enter an estate agency. But, after walking through Leatherhead high street and passing multiple agency I peered into the window of Cubitt & West. I was delighted to see how friendly the staff appeared. Immediately upon entering I was greeted with warm smiles and a good afternoon. A lady, very well dressed and professional introduced herself. What can I say the rest is history. We went through all my preferences, likes, dislikes and things I hadn't even considered. My details were collected, and I was added to their data base. A few days later I received a call from the same lady and was informed of a new build meeting my criteria. I had spent the entire previous week looking, and I was so exhausted. I was quite appreciative of both the call and how promptly it occurred. I scheduled a showing and fell in love with the home right away. Jayde was informative and knowledgeable. A nerve-racking offer was submitted and few days later accepted! The ball was rolling and Jayde from her first hello to her congratulation’s kept me update-to-date throughout the whole journey to purchasing my first home. Highly recommend Cubitt & West Leatherhead and especially the support from Jayde. Many thanks, Sam (happy homeowner)

Staying with them for 10 month and they have a communal cleaner that walks in our rooms with a key she is given from the agency, and the agency never mentioned that detail. When we asked what is happening they told us she is looking for potential damages every week. Absolutely not recommend as the agency is one of the worst I have ever had. Prefer living on the streets with how I was treated.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything. Please trust them, you will not be disappointed.
