4th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Dexters acting somewhere between the management and the agent even though the landlady broke her own lease and sent a series of rude emails following. Upon URGENT INSPECTION it turns out most of the issues were from her lack of maintenance (landlady from HELL), mainly the landlady’s fault but dexters have really only been helpful when it’s suited them or my dragon landlady. I would never rent from them again, avoid- they do not cater to tenants! If there was a place to review private landlords I would post there to name and shame & avoid this happening to any other tenants!

We spoke with Debbie throughout the tenancy, and she was always fast to respond and extremely helpful, and always a delight to speak to. The maintenance team were brilliant, whenever we raised an issue, they were fast to act and regularly checked in with us to ensure the landlord had fixed the issues and to check if we needed any support. We highly recommend Connor Prince.

The Surbiton office overall is brilliant, friendly and swift. We work with Elizabeth and Joe and couldn’t ask for a more knowledgable and helpful service from them. Their standards are best in class and we hope to work with them for many more years to come. Cannot recommend enough!
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

It has been a rollercoaster 8 months but she was fantastic; professional, clear and I have always felt put our needs first as well as having a laugh with us in good moments and being understanding in our more difficult moments. She was a star and I can’t thank her enough.
31st Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)The chap who we first saw seemed very straightforward and easy to deal with. He didn't seem to be trying to impress us particularly, just being straightforward. He was probably in his forties and had been in the trade for quite a while and was the owner of the Seymours franchise which we thought was a good sign. He was never pushy throughout the process and his team members were of the same ilk. Straightforward, easy to talk to and helpful. Once the house went on the market they got a lot of viewings in in a short time, so they were obviously good at attracting potential buyers. Oh, and I was offered 1% commission + VAT without even have to negotiate. This was important, but the overall feel of Seymours was more important. Communication was generally good, it was easy to talk to someone when I needed to.

These are the most proactive agents I have come across since I started the process in April and we’ve dealt with a few because we’re selling two properties. Nic and Natasha are extremely communicative and break down all the finer details for me. They have time for me on the phone and are not negative about the market like most agents at the moment. Their approach is hardworking and positive which fills me with a lot of confidence. Both Natasha and Nic have given me a lot of market insight and data on my type of property which has been very useful. I look forward to continuing the process with them.

They all helped at different points of the process and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were very responsive and took a personal interest in managing a difficult sale. Being a local company meant we got really good advice and we would recommend S&B without any hesitation. In particular, we’d like to thank Jane and Yasmin for their unfailing support.

After trying three other estate agents with no success, Olivia found us a delightful young couple to buy our house and she kept with us despite various set backs right through to completion. One of the advantages of the way Laurels work is that it was Olivia who signed us up and showed the house and sorted out all the problems that beset the sale, which made it much easier for us to understand the progress being made, especially towards the end when we were abroad on holiday. Thank you very much Olivia, Jon and Anita.
11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
