It's a tough market at themoment, but my property was given a high estimate that I don't think reflected the situation. The team are nice but I did have to chase a few times to get feedback and receive a call back.

I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

We particularly appreciated their practical approach to pricing and marketing the property, which wasn't just talk—it delivered competent results. It was a smooth process selling our home with them, and we felt well-supported the whole way through.

James in particular was outstanding - professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The rest of the team were equally impressive - helpful, courteous, honest and professional at every turn. They made what can be a stressful experience remarkably smooth. We were so impressed that we bought the team a gift to say thank you - something we’ve never done before. Highly recommended

Alice was the agent overseeing our process and assisting us with the search. From our first viewing of the property through to completion, Alice was extremely helpful and fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the process and keeping in touch to assist us with any questions we had with anything to do with the property or area. Post moving in, Alice’s client relationship management remains equally as attentive and solid as it was throughout the process, and is always quick to respond to any of our queries. We’re so happy we found a perfect home for the next chapter of our lives outside of London! Would certainly recommend Alice and the Curchods team. Thanks, Alice!

1st Dec 2025 (16 days ago)This is not the first time for us to use Hamptons Kingston. As always, Zoe Groy and her team have been great looking after our sale. Good communication and professional performance. I can’t recommend them highly enough, the whole process from start to finish. Selling a property should be stressful but the whole process in our case has been stress free, always available to deal with questions and very prompt responses, everything explained along the way, and of course, also dealt with, fabulous, thank you so much. .

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

My wife, child and I first met George at a property viewing, where he showed knowledge of the property we were viewing, but also took a keen interested in our requirements and wishes. From there, he showed us how much he cares - George took the time to understand us, acting proactively to find properties that matched our requirements. George undoubtedly has a great local knowledge. 24th Nov 2025 (23 days ago)TLDR: I strongly recommend Winkworth as a responsive, reliable, friendly and professional agency. We recently rented out our flat as a short-term let while travelling, using the "let and managed" formula, and the experience with Winkworth couldn't have gone any better. Ryan was the main estate agent during this process. While starting up, the fees were very clear, and Ryan's knowledge of the market gave us the confidence to get a good price for what we have. They have up-to-date technology for photographing and floorplan generation, and the expertise to make your place look its best. Ryan presented several high-quality potential tenants to us, and the onboarding process with the selected tenants was very smooth from our end. While we were away, Ryan kept us up to date with anything that was going on, but was well able to handle the day-to-day without overcommunicating. During the 8 month period, 2 landlord inspections were carried out, each accompanied by a full report. As with any let, there were some minor hiccups on the way, but they were swiftly and professionally dealt with. Emails are always promptly replied to. Very highly recommended :) Edit: we also used Winkworth to sell this flat recently, and same excellent service again!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
18th Nov 2025 (29 days ago)Litan, Michael and their team from Your Move have helped us to purchase our first house and thankfully there has not been any issues from our viewing to negotiation to exchanging contracts with the seller. Really happy with the whole process. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Litan had helped with the viewing, answering all our questions and getting the offer accepted only 2 months ago. I am sure this will complete v soon. All the best with the sales, wishing you all good health and success in the near future!
