27th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Featherstone Leigh tried very hard to sell the property but at the moment it has been proved difficult to sell anything. Of the three agents involved in trying to sell the property they were by far the best in getting prospective clients to visit the flat and the information they gave to the clients. They are also very pleasant to work with.

They gave us superb recommendations of solicitors, surveyors and even electricians when we needed them.They were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when we needed it & were incredibly knowledgeable about the current housing market. We really felt they were on our side and had our backs. I wouldn't use anyone else in future.

From Scott to Joanne and other staff , everyone helped and supported us during our house sale saga , now thankfully completed . We would recommend Curchods to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property , large or small, in this area. Thank you everyone !

Thank you to the team at Matthew James for making the somewhat daunting task of purchasing my first home as simple as possible. A massive shout out to Julian for finding the perfect flat for me and helping me through the offer process and then to James who guided me from offer to completion. James kept me informed at every stage and was always available for any questions I had which as a first time buyer was invaluable. If I ever sell or purchase in the future I would have no hesitation on working with Matthew James again - can't recommend enough!

Changed our check-out report when they discovered we cleaned the property ourselves, it magically went from "appears professionally cleaned" to "requires cleaning at the tenants expense". They also tried charging us for things clearly shown on the check-in report, they obviously haven't discovered cross-referencing yet. Sarah managed to copy in a random person into our confidential email chain when we were trying to resolve the matter as she saw a similar name to my partner's and thought; "good enough". Do not trust this fraudulent agency with your money, hopefully TDS will knock some sense into them.

He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

18th Sep 2024 (16 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

Always helpful, honest and genuinely cared - I felt like a person, not a number or a sales target. Would strongly recommend getting in touch with her for your next rental need
4th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)We recently sold our house in SM1 with Butler's and would recommend them. They demonstrated good local knowledge and a thought out pricing and sales strategy. They were also able to get everything done to list the property and book viewings quickly, and followed through on everything they said they would. Our sale was mainly handled by Joanna, who was very responsive, reassuring, strategic and assertive when needed when other parts of the chain were being difficult. Her approach made a stressful experience much more manageable. Other members of the team we dealt with were also helpful and professional throughout.
