They also treated my customers (the tenants) fantastic as well, which any Landlord knows is vital. I highly recommend this team to any Landlord and I will be using their wonderful services again without doubt.

Ben from the lettings team helped find and show me a number of very suitable flats. He was highly professional, patient and helpful throughout and never tried to push or sell me overly on one property or rush me to a decision. This is how looking for a rental property should be. Also a big thanks to Ryan who supported the process and put the finishing touches on everything, helping get the desired outcome. I can only recommend the team at Gibson Lane Kingston! Thanks for your help!

In particular I would highly commend Lucy who would go above and beyond to give advice on an incident when a pigeon did not go away for days in my balcony. She was patient and listened to my concern although it was time she finished her work. As a single mother, I have peace of mind living here knowing there is always someone to offer help. Thank you so much! :)

Her communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her friendly demeanor mixed with a firm approach when handling the solicitors was the reason we managed to complete in just two months. I would highly recommend both Alice and Curchods in Esher!

She went far higher than above and beyond and I think we could still be waiting to move in for a few weeks if it wasn’t for her. Thank you Lisa for everything, we can’t rate you highly enough!! We are spreading the word about you when we hear people are looking to move! (Give this lady a pay rise please, she’s an absolute superstar)????

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

21st Jun 2025 (26 days ago)The worst estate agents. If you have any issues with the property (health and safety issues too) they will not care. Do not go with them as they will also not check it the property is sufficient to rent before renting it out to someone. Avoid!
