18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
15th Dec 2024 (22 weeks ago)Recently inspected two properties in the company of Jayne Champion. Found the viewings relaxing it was like a friend proud to be showing their home. Communication was excellent contacted Jayne with couple of questions late afternoon, received an email before the office closed and the answers within an hour of the office opening. Found Aspire to be excellent company.

She is kind, accommodating, and very helpful, with excellent communication skills. She goes beyond simply updating her clients via email—she also provides instant phone calls at each stage of the process! Well done, and keep being you. Nicola was also very accommodating in addressing any concerns or queries!

31st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
