The whole process was smooth as I used their in house solicitors meaning I could keep on top of the whole transaction, i would highly recommend

9th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I used Reeds Rains in the past for a previous sale and the service was excellent. So used them again at at the West Derby branch and once again, an excellent service and communication by the whole team, especially Darren and Justin who I mostly dealt with.
9th Sep 2024 (10 days ago)They only did 2 viewings in 2 months. They only asked us to put price down and people conducting the viewing didn't know anything about property's features. Disgraceful service and strongly recommend to avoid this agency.
29th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)I have found Homesure to be a very reputable, reliable company. Staff are highly competent and professional in their manner and efficient in their way of working. Yesterday Hannah assisted me with a query. She was courteous and attentive, very pro-active and helpful. She carefully dealt with my issue and provided the information I needed, getting back to me with a solution in a timely manner. Thank you Hannah. Much appreciated. ????????
13th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking. I’ve had several viewings with this company, some were fine and had no issues. But twice I had been told no offer could be placed until viewed, and then the same day as the viewing told offers were closed when I called to put in an offer. I have driven from Manchester to lpool for every one, and taken days off work. Waste of time. Other times no one responds to voice mails and messages left after numerous times trying to contact the company. It’s not worth it for the chance that their miscommunication and poor sales management is still the same.

29th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Awful experience. Zero communication and when we did call them, the information we received was incorrect. They admitted to us that the office was 'not performing' and 'dropping the ball'.. We revised the plan and proposed updates to the house listing details, which they only partially completed, INCORRECTLY. I called them this morning to remove the listing and to tell them we would use another agent. Their response? 'Ok'. They did not bother to ask why, or try and retain us as customers. Lazy, unprofessional and absolutely shocking service. Absolutely avoid.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
18th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money, They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

Firstly they host viewings ONLY for the day after they post a listing online. No other timings are available apparently. Then they'll ask you to put down a deposit BEFORE the landlord has even accepted your offer, without explaining the procedure. Dodgy company who clearly don't care about tenants at all, avoid at all costs.
13th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Female ran estate agents who are very friendly and down to earth. I liked that they listened to how we wanted the house to be photographed and also were open on sale price suggestions, the other advantage is that they have the footfall of Formby village, as well as on Right Move - unlike any other agents which are in Southport. This agent sold our house at above the asking price, unlike any Southport agent who started with lower valuations . Going with this agent gave us around 30k extra on sale price in the end. Communication was great as they use what’s app and are quick on replies.
