I had the pleasure of working with both teams across Smithdown rd and Rodney st branch during the sale of my 2 flats . Before discovering Marshall property I had had a terrible experience from another estate agents (MR) on Allerton road. Marshalls came along and were a breath of fresh air ! ..All the team were a delight to work with . They gave me a great valuation price I was happy with and both properties were sold within 3 months ( indicating their valuation was spot on ! ) . I cant thank the team enough - Holly / Phil/ Jack/Ellie /? Jordan and everyone who assisted - ( apologies if I missed anyone ) Brilliant / professional / efficient and a team that go out of their way to help . A great family run business and 5* all round Thank you!

The entire process took a pretty long time, and plenty of twists and turns along the way, but thanks to the tireless work from Caitlyn she managed to drag us over the line. Without her I very much doubt the purchase would’ve gone through.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
7th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)It’s a very bad experience to get a house through acumen estate it’s their responsibility to fix the problems in house but they don’t because landlord doesn’t listen them while the the house should be ready before to move. They just ask you lots of paperwork and guarantees to protect the landlord but don’t do anything for tenants.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

To be fair Flexi had already valued our home a couple of months before we decided to put it on the market. When we saw our dream house we rang and asked "How quickly could you put ours on the market, because we need to act fast?" Richard said he could come round in 15 minutes with his camera! He photographed everything and the house was sold 48 hours later. Brilliant service. Thank you.
6th Aug 2025 (23 weeks ago)Kuavo have been great. They are hands on with getting a buyer but also hands on with conveyancing ensuring no delays between the two solicitors which takes the stress away from the sake as the communication and updates are timely. I would definitely recommend

The sales process was completely stress free and in a week our house was sold - Kier did a great job with the pictures and navigating the back to back viewings.
