29th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)For now I have nothing nice to say coz heartache they giving me is too much . These are the emails I keep getting . I was to moving on 19th and they said i can’t move in coz my partner has no right to rent because he is in a different country . That was sorted. If the house was ready for me to move in on 19th ,explain to me why I am still being told I can’t move in because they are things they are still doing in the house . Today is 29th I was told I can move in on 30th and they will send me the tenancy to sign . It is 6pm and I have no update . I don’t even know if I am moving on 30th or not . Ps the moving date was changed from 28th to 30th . They are not answering my emails today either . Good luck to during my tenancy that is if I finally move in .

3rd Oct 2024 (9 days ago)Although people at Sellect Homes are very kind and supportive, the house I bought through them turned out to be an overpriced wreck and a cheat, mainly from the sellers, but I think that even the real estate agency should not have sold it at that price as the whole process caused my ruin. Thus, I would not recommend this real estate.
13th Jun 2024 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking. I’ve had several viewings with this company, some were fine and had no issues. But twice I had been told no offer could be placed until viewed, and then the same day as the viewing told offers were closed when I called to put in an offer. I have driven from Manchester to lpool for every one, and taken days off work. Waste of time. Other times no one responds to voice mails and messages left after numerous times trying to contact the company. It’s not worth it for the chance that their miscommunication and poor sales management is still the same.
24th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)Was led to believe a property was secured for me (to let) as I asked to reserve it. Was sent a link to complete my details with open banking and credit check. Only to be told after I was going up against others. Credit checks should be done after the property is secured for you. I wouldn’t have done it otherwise.

18th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)Where do I start with this company, firstly Paula couldn't run a bath, never mind a letting agency, she broke confidentiality, her husband, the owner John, along with Paula took no responsibility for their incompetence in dealing with my tenancy agreement, I tried to discuss matters with them and they accused me of being aggressive and abusive, which is untrue, as I have all the conversation recorded, including John demanding I leave the office, they stated I tried to extort money from them which again Was not the case, never once did I mention anything about money, They are a family run business so all stick together and will take no responsibility for their failings I understand that this is only my dealings with them and others may have had a different experience

Very bad experience initially started good until the figures came in, that was a shocker & way too low I did feel pressured & harassed by calls etc. Felt They wanted an instant descion & gave false information which I checked out with my solicitor, I did get a few apologies about the initial recommended value admitting it was low. What if I had agreed??. Avoid this company and their associates give them a wide berth.
