16th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Although Concentric managed to sell my property rather quickly, this had more to do with me accepting about at lesst £10 000 less than market value for the house. As far as I am concerned the house sold itself. I was disappointed with the performance of Concentric in terms of slow replies, and mis - information. Ie not knowing who was supposed to be coming for a viewing. The gentleman that ended up buying my property turned up without an appointment. I once communicated that I would like some photos amended. Concentric sent an agent to the property and he took new photos with a mobile phone. These photos weren't even uploaded to the various housing agencies such as rightmove.

16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Do you enjoy being lied to? Is it a dream or yours to have housing issues that could adversely affect your health to be minimized and simply dismissed? Do you have a burning desire to have leaks and water issues, heating issues that go unanswered? then you have found your rental agency. Speak with Emily, the high priestess of word salads and deflection.They truly display a level of care and concern that is on par with inanimate objects. But the inanimate object, in my esteem, would still fare better in the area of common sense. THEY WORK FOR LANDLORDS' NOT TENANTS. JUST HAVE A LOOK AT THE DISMISSIVE RESPONSES THEY LEAVE TO FOLKS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THIS IS THE SAME TYPE OF DISMISSIVENESS AND DEFLECTION EMPLOYED TO CIRCUMVENT RESPONSIBILITY FROM ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LETTING.

I spoke to a valuer names Olivia Betts she was amazing extremely helpful, friendly, professional and understanding of the unusual circumstances and request. As my request was time sensitive she was able to help in timely and efficient manner. I would definitely consider the Clive Watkin team for any further property valuations and sales Thank you so much Olivia

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Naomi, the manager took over £300 from my deposit for no justified reasons. Balcony something broke due to weather, on me. Dirty mattress prior, i used topper, still charged. Cleaning and oven cleaning over £100. Many things where X1 will need to cover for maintenance but they'll finesse tenants and make them liable.
