The terms of contract were straight forward to sign. I then corresponded with Phil and again the service was excellent. I can always contact someone at Marshall to speak with. I will sell other properties via this company.

2nd Jul 2024 (25 days ago)Rent price increased by 25 a month, when asked about the reasons for the increase only given lies, when challenged on this it was completely dismissed and not even replied to. Dealing with damp and mould a year and a quarter on. Friendly staff in the office when you call.

Would highly recommend both Ben and the rest of the Reeds Rains team.

As in you would think with you wanting to purchase from them they would be more responsive? Nope. Great houses for purchase etc but absolutely woeful with communication.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The amount of times he went out his way to support us, offer advice or even just provide a a friendly face when things were getting stressful was incredible. I'd use Jon and his company again in a heartbeat, I'd recommend them to my friends and family, and I'd always buy him a pint down at the pub.
