6th May 2025 (14 days ago)Wanted to book a viewing of a property. Lied about calling me this morning to say it was sold. Very rude customer service and don’t trust as they don’t tell the truth - proof below they did not call back since I requested a viewing on Saturday.

23rd Dec 2021 (3 years ago)Jordan at Key Estate Agents handled my purchase and she was absolutely amazing, especially as I was a first time buyer. She had so much patience and chased when I needed her to without complaint or delay. Without Jordan's effort I would not have completed before Christmas, she knew this was important to me and did everything in her power to make this happen. Jessica and Rob were also brilliant when Jordan was out of office. They really are a fantastic team. The little goodie box when I completed was such a lovely touch and shows that they really care. Thank you!!

Regular updates, updates when no news, so we knew he was keeping an eye on how things were progressing. I honestly don’t think the sale of my mother in law’s property would have gone through without James, a HUGE Thank you!!

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 2nd Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)Don’t use to sell your house pushed me to pay their choice of solicitor for sale when buyers never even had morgage approval cost me 600 then offered me a cash buyer at ridiculous price as their surveyer tore my property to pieces absolute piss taker

Really happy and have recommended them to family and will use them again - especially as their fees to sell were very competitive compared with other agents I know.

Wish we had used them from the start due their personal approach. Only negative, the quote was for 0.96% but actual fee was 1.2%- This agent doesn't have any reviews
