24th Oct 2025 (8 weeks ago)Wow what an experience so far! Myself and my partner recently viewed a house in Pontcanna and had a warm welcome from Angela from Harry Harper Letting agents. Angela helped to answer all my questions and showed me around the house and left with smiles on our faces. I was lucky enough to be accepted with the house I viewed and the communication has been great so far from receiving the offer to paying the deposits ect. I would recommend Harry Harper!!

26th Nov 2025 (20 days ago)Awful attitude from the letting team when challenged on issues with a property they manage . Dont like to address the problems from the properties. Deny all knowledge of problems being reported to them by their own tenants before me ultimately reporting.
27th Nov 2025 (19 days ago)absolutely AWFUL company. wouldn't even give them a 1 star... started off with high communication and positivity with moving into our new house to then 0 contact, fell through so couldn't even move and and the contact between them now to initiate a refund for us has been ongoing for almost a month with no refund at all and ZERO COMMUNICATION. Disgusting the lack of help and interest they have when it doesn't go their way.

19th Nov 2025 (27 days ago)The team at Howkins & Harrison were very professional and definitely went the extra mile to get a very complex chain over the line. This included chasing six sets of solicitors and keeping lines of communication open between buyers and sellers. Would definitely recommend using them, whether buying or selling.
30th Oct 2025 (7 weeks ago)I signed up with Connells expecting proactive support, marketing expertise, and clear communication. I was sold the dream at the valuation. Instead, I faced several issues: • Promised interest from several potential buyers already on their books which didn’t materialise. • I had to correct mistakes in the marketing materials myself not just once, but twice, including reviewing and proofreading the photos and copy which had many errors and spelling mistakes. Photographs were edited clumsily, and copy was full of errors and missing information. • After 14 days, there were still no viewings and minimal communication from the team, with me having to constantly chase for updates. I exercised my 14-day cooling-off period due to these issues. I hope the agency can improve their communication and professionalism for future clients as they have just wasted my time. I also want to add that they are charging some of the highest fees in the area, so you don’t necessarily get what you pay for.

I did not buy the house, but Claire was so professional, patience, and gave me many great ideas too. Thanks again Claire and hopefully I can meet you again one day when I buy my next home :)

5th Nov 2025 (6 weeks ago)I sold my property with Martin & Co Summer 2025, I decided to sell with Martin & Co because I had purchased the property through them and had a positive experience. They were great throughout the whole selling process, the photos looked professional and the videos they took really stood out as I didnt see many other estate agents offer this. Communication was brilliant, they were very responsive to emails and always called me back, especially Jan who's customer service was amazing. The whole process was very smooth and they communicated everything to me so I understood and constantly felt in the loop. Thank you again!

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places.
