The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oadby Estates to other landlords.

From the very first conversation, Andrea was warm, caring and incredibly thoughtful, and always took the time to really speak to me and listen. She never rushed anything, explained every part clearly so I truly understood, and always made space for my thoughts and feelings too. It’s so rare to find someone who is not just professional, but genuinely kind and personable. She went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Absolutely amazing — thank you for everything !

As soon as we sold our property, he was completely on top of everything—constantly chasing updates, pushing things forward, and making sure the process never stalled.<br>What really stood out was his communication. Terral kept us fully up to date at every single stage, so we were never left guessing. House exchanges can be incredibly stressful, but his understanding and reassuring approach really helped put us at ease throughout.<br>If you want someone proactive, reliable, and genuine on your side, Terral is your guy. Highly recommended!

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Charlie suggested a realistic price and we sold our property in a short space of time. We asked for recommendations for a solicitor and Harpreet was experienced and competent. Everyone involved made the whole process effortless and uncomplicated.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I arranged a viewing for a rental property at 10:15am, which was the only viewing time available. As I run my own business, I rearranged several clients to make sure I could attend.<br><br>Just two minutes before the scheduled viewing, I received a call from the estate agent to say that the viewing had been cancelled because the tenant was unwell. I completely understand that illness can happen and that this was outside of their control. However, I was told that they would contact me to rearrange the viewing, so I waited to hear back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I received no further communication whatsoever. I have now seen that the property has been taken off the market, without anyone contacting me or giving me the opportunity to rearrange the viewing.<br><br>The cancellation itself wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of communication afterwards and the fact that I was left waiting after having rearranged my work commitments to accommodate the viewing.<br><br>Overall, I found the service very poor and the communication extremely disappointing. As someone looking to rent a property, I would expect much better communication and consideration from a professional estate agent.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Purchasing our first home came with many questions and queries that Rochelle did not hesitate to answer and gave us her time to talk us through all the processes.
