Initially, I thought buying a home in the UK would be impossible because my previous mortgage advisor informed me that, after three years in the UK, I could only borrow up to £133,475. However, when I met Jafri, he reviewed my situation and assured me that this did not seem right. He encouraged me to pursue the matter further, and as a result, I was eventually able to secure a mortgage of up to £300,000. I was extremely happy to work with Jafri from the very beginning of the process through to completion. He was always approachable, responsive, and willing to provide guidance whenever needed. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication made a significant difference to my home-buying journey. I would highly recommend Jafri to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mortgage advisor.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She was always available to answer any questions and responded quickly whenever I needed to get in touch.<br><br>I’ve used several estate agents over the years to sell properties, but Keilly exceeded every one of them. Her expertise, communication, and commitment made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. 17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Thank you in particular to Dan, Vicky, Sandra, Lauren and Zoe, you’ve all been amazing and if anyone asks me for an estate agent recommendation, it will be Maynard’s every time! Thank you so much for Everything! I truly can’t thank you all enough!

It sold so quickly, which is a real testament to how efficient, professional and proactive they are.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish—we were always kept up to date, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Rebecca and the team went above and beyond to help resolve any issues that came up during the sale, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>Thank you all so much for your amazing service. We’ve already recommended Holders to friends and family, and we’ll continue to do so without hesitation.

We asked for an additional pair of keys to be cut to save us having to plan when the other person was going to be in which we were told we would have to pay for - turns out there was a spare pair of keys in the key box outside the whole time...<br><br>Over the course of the year they virtually never picked up the phone when called - good luck getting through to anyone.<br><br>Lastly, our property thankfully changed hands to a property manager that did their job and towards the end of our contract we received an email from John Shepherd outlining that their was rent arrears for the past 4 months... yes they seriously didn't even know that our property had not been under their management for almost half of our tenancy.<br><br>Strongly do not recommend.
