29th Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)It is great experience to rent property from park lane, particularly Sennon was very quick to identify our requirements and within 2 viewings we finalized the property and within week we have moved we any other issue sorted promptly by him. Thank you park lane and Sennon.
5th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

6th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)If you're selling a flat in Leeds city centre DO NOT choose any other estate agent. Honestly Martin and Co are the best of the best. I was initially recommended by a friend who also had a great experience and they did not disappoint. Kate was awesome. I never thought having photos taken for a listing would ever be a fun experience but she made it so enjoyable. Then Ryan absolutely and utterly smashed it out the park for finding us a buyer and getting everything over the line incredibly quickly. Just genuinely lovely people doing a phenomenal job. Can't praise them enough, thank you Martin and Co.

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

22nd Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have recently used Bridgfords for the sale of my house and I can't speak highly enough of them, particularly Debbie Denby. Debbie was fantastic from start to finish. If it wasn't for Debbie's proactive approach to the transaction it would not have completed when it did. Debbie went above and beyond to get the sale done and I could not be more grateful. Joe Wilson was also really helpful. They offer a really professional but friendly service and would definitely use them again and wont hesitate to recommend them to others.

4th Aug 2025 (25 weeks ago)We have rented a house through vision properties for the last 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience with them. The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.

Any time I needed support, Bradley handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in property management who actually listens and cares, but Bradley really goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all the help he’s provided — brilliant service, always reliable, and honestly one of the reasons my experience with the property has been so positive. 8th Oct 2025 (15 weeks ago)Recently bought a house, and NJG Estate Agents were representing the seller. I honestly can’t express how well Nick Grobler handled everything from start to finish. The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day. Proper professional, but also down-to-earth and reliable.
26th Feb 2025 (10 mo. ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.- 8th Nov 2025 (11 weeks ago)Selling my business has been a journey, many ups and downs, timewasters and buyers wanting to pay peanuts. But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
