Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

Marketing of the property was very professional and our views were taken on board. A full asking price offer was achieved very quickly. Although the chain eventually proved to be more complicated than initially anticipated, Sarah kiss In particular remained professional, diligent and persistent in maintaining progress on our behalf. Thank you to her and the whole team, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We opted for them as we had bought our first house from them and loved the service, so decided to use them for our sale & purchase which was definitely the right decision! Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

20th Jun 2025 (18 days ago)After taking time off work and driving over an hour to view a property the viewing was cancelled just as I pulled into the property. This was a waste of my time and annual leave. Although this may have been due to unforeseen circumstances, which I completely understand, there was very little apology from Ewemove or consideration into how this had wasted my time. I instead received a rushed aggy call from Ewemove stating that the circumstance was out of their control with no apology, as if I was being silly to even raise the fact my time had been wasted, despite not knowing what had happened- which I was very understanding about when I learned.

From our very first viewing they were professional, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile. What really stood out was how available and responsive they were throughout the entire process. Whether we had questions about the property, needed advice on next steps, or just wanted reassurance during the more stressful moments, they were always on hand to support us. Their communication was excellent, clear, prompt and honest, which made a huge difference and helped us feel confident at every stage. Niral played a crucial role in keeping things moving when there were delays or uncertainties. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional.
